when cpu make second request for the same data ele. it will take from cache, ok, but this is done in both type spatial locality as well in temporal locality,the data is already in cache, so here the difference is not clear here.

Initially Cache is going to be empty,but will start filling up with Frequent entries with some misses,Cache is having a copy of main data.I hope it helped you.
