I followed the video exactly but still getting errors, Time increment required is less than the minimum specified and convergence is unlikely. Do we have to change anything ?

I have checked the eigenvalue manually by eular formula but it is not same as result in linear buckling
euler formula only valid for elastic buckling of the entire column element in compression, only applicable for very slender elements (no local buckling like in this video)
