I like the new album and how diverse it is. But I want the next one to have more energy, a solider hard rock album. A perfect mix of going to hell with the production, maturity and solos of Who you selling for.
Agreed, this new album lacked a lot of energy. It makes sense since Travis was a big inspiration - and that band is really dull... I think Taylor is going more to an Oasis direction because even on stage she's more chilled than before - in a good and also in a bad way. Their shows lost a lot of energy... Although I don't understand why they basically don't play live ballads. Oh well.
sofpbbps i think they're just going through a stage rn. like how LMU was a youthful rage type album, GTH was only so hard because their label TOLD THEM to do it, WYSF is probably the most original album they've had. maybe i am wrong but we'll see with the next album.
I agree. I think this is one of the best of the new songs, but live is really bad. I think Ben should sing the latin verses, as he has a higher voice... it'd sound nice and would fresh things up a bit

They need to work a little more to improve the live rendition. I think Taylor should go a little higher rather than low in the verses.
