Some of their grandchildren are still alive. What should we do? Please notice me 🥹 I already went to ROD to ask for a copy, but they don't have on their records. The OCT is already gone. We only have Tax Dec and Certification from Provincial.

Attorney ask lang po, ipapa ammend po ang deed of sale, dahil hindi naka pirma yung anak sa deed of Sale.(co-owner) ama lang naka pirma. Buyer po ako, ano po pwede namin ipagawa na supplemental document para maisama ang pirma at pangalan ng anak sa deed of sale. Please advise po attorney. Maraming salamat po 🙏

Can someone who stole or took your title fraudulently sell or transfer it to themselves without my approval? If this happen, can I easily contest?

Check the land status with DENR...get V-37....after checking the status and wala pang new owner dun, applyan nyo...
