Angel Dust actually has two "redeeming" or kind-hearted moments: he pushes Cherry Bomb out of Sir Pentis' egg's shot, and tries but fails tosay sorry to Charlie after he notices his comment and actions did affect her. So maybe deep down he does want a rehab.

He does say “what the Hell” in his song, but his language is far more restrained than everyone else’s. It makes sense, since he presents himself as a classy, calm, and cheerful gentleman. Casually swearing every two minutes wouldn’t fit his character.
So, a few bits of info that might be interesting: The Xs on characters (such as Vaggie and Cherry Bomb) represent where they took wounds that killed them in life. For a split second after Alastor cthulhus Sir Pentius he turns and you can see an X on the back of Alastor's head. Apparently he was a radio personality and serial in the 20s and 30s Louisiana. He was out hiding a body when a hunter mistook him for a deer and shot him, hence the antlers and the deer hoofprint on the soles of his shoes. During Charlie's song on the news you can see multiple characters who are supposed to become important to the series later on (example would be the one she calls a loser being her rival). The two baphomet demons that sing/play instruments for Charlie are named Razzle and Dazzle. Demons cannot be killed except through the use of heavenly weapons. Ones like the guy that stole Angel Dust's drugs then got squished by a boulder eventually pull themselves back together. This apparently creates a black market of sorts for heavenly weapons captures during the cleanses.

"How is she a Disney Princess??" Charlie is fascinating to me, simply because since she's born in Hell, she's an innocent soul, completely unlike 99.9% of Hell's souls. She's not completely naive, but she does have an ironclad optimism, along with Vaggie's never-ending support. An innocent and naturally kind Demon Princess. A unique soul.
Well to me she's a Disney Princess on the basis of, she is hopeful, is put into a very difficult situation that she wants to see change for the better, has family trouble, is technically a princess, is a cartoon, and of course breaks to into song to express herself! :D

I believe that Charlie is such a good girl even in hell because she is not a sinner per se. She was not condemned to go there because she was evil in life.
A small thing I love is how "Inside every demon is a lost cause" is similar or even parallels "Inside every demon is a rainbow". Alastor heard the song, and twisted it a bit but still sort of wins Charlie over with it. The songs notes are sorta similar to each other, Alastor even mimicking the tone or using similar lyrics to Charlie throughout the song
That's...kinda the entire point of the song? A villain reprising a previous song sung by the hero but twisting it to something crueller and nastier is a fairly common trope in stories with musical numbers.
Small notes: Alistor seems to have been a radio host in the 30's, hence his voice and mannerisms, as for how powerful. the wiki says there is "Mutual Respect" between him and Charlie's dad Lucifer, so while he might not be strong enough to overthrow Luci. It could be safe to say that if He really wanted to, he could make life difficult (That and Alistor himself implied that he only stopped overthrowing Lords because he got bored). Angel Dust was a son of a Crime family in the 50's and Vaggie is Salvadoran and the youngest of the cast, being killed in 2014.

As for Angel, he is a spider demon, while Vaggie is a moth demon. -Vaggie is from El Salvador, hence why we hear her speak Spanish when she's pissed. -Angel came to the hotel because he was searching for a free place to stay (since he needs to pay a lot of money to his sugar daddy, in the porn studio, and why he was doing that "quick cash grab, got it?") -Helluva Boss and Hazbin Hotel take place in the same universe, just different characters and stories. And yes, we did see Blitzo, Loona and Stolas in this ep. And in Helluva boss we do see Charlie sing on the computer monitor of Loona, and Katie Killjoy 666 news billboard during that commercial thing. -Main Antagonists will be the TV screen demon and Angel's sugar daddy, both seen in the porn studio, and I think Angel's dad (?) -Charlie's mother, Lilith, is a succubus ( ͡° ͜ʖ ͡°). As for who wears the pants in the family, I think its balanced, but maybe a little bit towards Lilith as far as I know -Charlie is actually strong if she has to fight. She lit Tom Trench on fire, and tackled Katie at the same time. And we do see a few glimpses of Charlies demon form as well. As Princes of Hell, she was thoroughly educated and trained after all. Plenty of skills to discover later on -Since Hell gets overpopulated easily, a cleansing takes place every year, where Angels (with the creepy smiley faces), come and kill scores of demon. Only they posses weapons actually capable of killing demons for good. If demons are "killed" by other means, they will just respawn later.

That sound the phone makes when Charlie makes that call to her mom is actually the "number not in use" sound. She's essentially just talking into the void to vent, her mom is not getting those messages.
Theres a potential theory/lore bit that one of the people who made this series. They were answering some questions and someone asked why Charlies mum doesn't answer, and that the noise was a no longer in service. I am unsure who said it but they said "Normally people who are alive answer the phone" And that blew my mind. I hope its untrue! But if it does prove to be true. Charlies mum, her big push to go out into Hell and try to do good. To do and be herself and the betterment of people that heaven themselves rejected. Is gone. Maybe Charlie knows this, maybe she does this as a way of talking and communing with her mum for comfort. And by the way she acts and behaves during this. Blitzo and Moxxie were supposed to be comedic affect characters for Hazbin. They were going to be assassin versions of Abbott and Costello, a pair of clutz's meant to be there for a good laugh, but Hazbin was deemed to be too "emotionally serious", so Viv and the gang made Helluva Boss instead.

Love your reaction, heres some fun thoughts. Little fun fact if someone hasn't said so yet. When Katie Killjoy tells Charlie the only reason she is allowed to do her pitch is because Jeffrey couldn't make it for his cannibal cooking show, That is a reference to the real life Jeffrey Dahmer the famous American serial killer and cannibal. As well, some fan theories like to point out, if she is the daughter of Lucifer then she is the Antichrist. And just because she wants to do good, doesn't mean what she does would over all be good. I've seen a theory saying this may lead to the apocalypse if she can send demons to heaven ultimately, despite "redeeming" them, since they could turn evil and take over heaven. Its all speculation but neat ideas. The phrase "The path to hell is paved with good intentions", really stands out here. Angel is a spider demon, so congrats for catching that since a lot of reactors don't get it at first. I got to add, whether Angel is at the hotel for the best intentions, it is working on him, albeit small. He pushes Cherry Bomb out of the way of the grabby hands. He also shows remorse when his jokes seem to go to far on Charlie, felt a need to comfort her, but realizing it wouldn't help decided to leave her in peace. Its small things, but it shows he has a heart.

I didn't get the reference the first time... That made Sir Pentious angry cause he was in Hell before Alastor, so he expected from Alastor to recognize him...and also because Alastor just mocked Sir Pentious reputation in Hell(Not so impressive...).
Charlie is my favorite character because she reminds me of my old 5 year old self thinking there is good in everyone. So light and cheerful. I can watch this pilot over and over again until episode 2 comes put and watch that over and over again

My head canon is that because of the type of ring tones we heard when Charley tried to call her mom, it seems as if her moms number was no longer in service and thus had died during one of their cleansings, which would explain why Charley wanted to find another way to fix overpopulation besides letting the executioners have their way. This journey is personal for her.

Angel Dust actually has two "redeeming" or kind-hearted moments: he pushes Cherry Bomb out of Sir Pentis' egg's shot, and tries but fails tosay sorry to Charlie after he notices his comment and actions did affect her. So maybe deep down he does want a rehab.

So, a few bits of info that might be interesting:
The Xs on characters (such as Vaggie and Cherry Bomb) represent where they took wounds that killed them in life.
For a split second after Alastor cthulhus Sir Pentius he turns and you can see an X on the back of Alastor's head. Apparently he was a radio personality and serial in the 20s and 30s Louisiana. He was out hiding a body when a hunter mistook him for a deer and shot him, hence the antlers and the deer hoofprint on the soles of his shoes.
During Charlie's song on the news you can see multiple characters who are supposed to become important to the series later on (example would be the one she calls a loser being her rival).
The two baphomet demons that sing/play instruments for Charlie are named Razzle and Dazzle.
Demons cannot be killed except through the use of heavenly weapons. Ones like the guy that stole Angel Dust's drugs then got squished by a boulder eventually pull themselves back together. This apparently creates a black market of sorts for heavenly weapons captures during the cleanses.

A small thing I love is how "Inside every demon is a lost cause" is similar or even parallels "Inside every demon is a rainbow". Alastor heard the song, and twisted it a bit but still sort of wins Charlie over with it.
The songs notes are sorta similar to each other, Alastor even mimicking the tone or using similar lyrics to Charlie throughout the song

That's...kinda the entire point of the song? A villain reprising a previous song sung by the hero but twisting it to something crueller and nastier is a fairly common trope in stories with musical numbers.
The name is alastor's reprise as in his own version of the song
Small notes: Alistor seems to have been a radio host in the 30's, hence his voice and mannerisms, as for how powerful. the wiki says there is "Mutual Respect" between him and Charlie's dad Lucifer, so while he might not be strong enough to overthrow Luci. It could be safe to say that if He really wanted to, he could make life difficult (That and Alistor himself implied that he only stopped overthrowing Lords because he got bored). Angel Dust was a son of a Crime family in the 50's and Vaggie is Salvadoran and the youngest of the cast, being killed in 2014.

-Charlie is bi, Vaggie is lesbian, Angel is gay (his "breasts" are fur packed tight), Alastar is asexual
-The demons from Helluva Boss (the imps, except Loona), and Charlie are demons born in hell, while the rest are people who once lived and got sent here. Their character designs reflects their life, sins and death. For ex, we can notice how Alastar has some deer elements to him(his soles have deer prints and noise when stepping, he has small antlers and ears), reflecting his death by a deer hunter from what I heard. He died in 1933. Vaggie died in 2014. Angel in 1947. As for Angel, he is a spider demon, while Vaggie is a moth demon.
-Vaggie is from El Salvador, hence why we hear her speak Spanish when she's pissed.
-Angel came to the hotel because he was searching for a free place to stay (since he needs to pay a lot of money to his sugar daddy, in the porn studio, and why he was doing that "quick cash grab, got it?")
-Helluva Boss and Hazbin Hotel take place in the same universe, just different characters and stories. And yes, we did see Blitzo, Loona and Stolas in this ep. And in Helluva boss we do see Charlie sing on the computer monitor of Loona, and Katie Killjoy 666 news billboard during that commercial thing.
-Main Antagonists will be the TV screen demon and Angel's sugar daddy, both seen in the porn studio, and I think Angel's dad (?)
-Charlie's mother, Lilith, is a succubus ( ͡° ͜ʖ ͡°). As for who wears the pants in the family, I think its balanced, but maybe a little bit towards Lilith as far as I know
-Charlie is actually strong if she has to fight. She lit Tom Trench on fire, and tackled Katie at the same time. And we do see a few glimpses of Charlies demon form as well. As Princes of Hell, she was thoroughly educated and trained after all. Plenty of skills to discover later on
-Since Hell gets overpopulated easily, a cleansing takes place every year, where Angels (with the creepy smiley faces), come and kill scores of demon. Only they posses weapons actually capable of killing demons for good. If demons are "killed" by other means, they will just respawn later.

Theres a potential theory/lore bit that one of the people who made this series.
They were answering some questions and someone asked why Charlies mum doesn't answer, and that the noise was a no longer in service.

Jeffery was gay, so he often went to gay bars to meet up with different men, drug their drinks, then take them to his apartment where he did what he wanted, killed them, dissected them, and stored them in his freezer for later use. He even made a shrine using different victims’ skulls. At one point, he injected acid into his victims’ brains in order to transform them into a zombie-like state. He didn’t want to kill them, but he didn’t want them to be hyper-aware of what he was doing either. He was convicted after one of his victims escaped and went to the cops. He was sentenced to life in prison, and he died in prison after being beaten to death by inmates. Why do I know all of this? I watch A LOT of crime documentaries 🤣

Little fun fact if someone hasn't said so yet. When Katie Killjoy tells Charlie the only reason she is allowed to do her pitch is because Jeffrey couldn't make it for his cannibal cooking show, That is a reference to the real life Jeffrey Dahmer the famous American serial killer and cannibal.
As well, some fan theories like to point out, if she is the daughter of Lucifer then she is the Antichrist. And just because she wants to do good, doesn't mean what she does would over all be good. I've seen a theory saying this may lead to the apocalypse if she can send demons to heaven ultimately, despite "redeeming" them, since they could turn evil and take over heaven. Its all speculation but neat ideas. The phrase "The path to hell is paved with good intentions", really stands out here.
Angel is a spider demon, so congrats for catching that since a lot of reactors don't get it at first. I got to add, whether Angel is at the hotel for the best intentions, it is working on him, albeit small. He pushes Cherry Bomb out of the way of the grabby hands. He also shows remorse when his jokes seem to go to far on Charlie, felt a need to comfort her, but realizing it wouldn't help decided to leave her in peace. Its small things, but it shows he has a heart.

@@Hey-Its-Dingo I'm not sure if this is Canon but I heard that sometimes demons can get their hands on scrapped angel weaponry, so they do have access to it and can kill each other with it. That could be why Vaggie has a spear

I find it interesting that Lucifer is a fallen angel ((basically born good and got corrupted being in a good environment)) and Charlie seems the reverse ((born in corruption and being good)). I am curious if she has always been this pure or if she is going in the reverse of her father and getting more pure the most corrupt her environment is?

Some information I gathered from other people: Allister is always smiling because he adores Charlie's father, because for them, frowning is a sign of weakness and smiling is a great sign of strength. That depends on what heaven is like in this universe, I think. If we're going by the Biblical approach, it's possible there's nothing keeping her from heaven - if that's the case, she seems to just be an angel who happens to have grown up in Hell.

@@ravenfrancis1476 Angels are not in charge of heaven from a biblical standpoint, though. If God exists and rules over heaven in this universe, it's possible she could get in. There are just so many different ways that they could interpret him.
