The best part of this is, not ALL people get to be prosperous and superabounding by dotting all the right i's and crossing all the t's. The LORD does the heavy lifting, as He's done in my life and my family's. We were in poverty, suffering miserably for years and trusted in Him and His plan for us. And after many years, He showed up and MADE us to superabound in ALL ways, after completing a 40 day fast that HE asked me gently to "join" Him through. It says in 1 Samuel 2:6-9, “The LORD kills and makes alive; He brings down to Sheol and raises up. The LORD makes poor and rich; He brings low, He also exalts. He raises the poor from the dust, He lifts the needy from the ash heap to make them sit with nobles, and inherit a seat of honor; for the pillars of the earth are the LORD’S, and He set the world on them. He keeps the feet of His godly ones, but the wicked ones are silenced in darkness; for not by might shall a man prevail."
Heart is the rational human MIND, deeper than daily ordinary duty thoughts, or rational human soul, depending on use of. Not the muscle beating in chest.

Tell me if I am wrong but I feel that God predestined all to be....but It is our choice. I don't think that you make that clear.
Every born again believer can operate in the Holy Spirit's power. Some believe you have to be baptized with the Holy Ghost ( not to be confused with baptism in the name of Jesus ). I don't agree with that. Although, I have seen a greater success rate in healing from people that were baptized in the Holy Ghost and speaking in tongues! Then you have people who can operate in their gift! God does give people special gifts. Some prophecy. Some healing. Some tongues. While others teaching. And so on. I know people who operate under their gift that are very carnal! Proud! Don't even have a renewed mind. They may outwardly acknowledge God as the source of power and may even truly believe it. But because their mind's aren't renewed ( Not all, I'm drawing a comparison between these two types of Christians ), they are probably not operating fully out of love or compassion. Then you have the Spirit filled Christians that operate in their gifts. That's an awesome combination! And lastly you have people that aren't even saved who can do miracles! Because they have an understanding of the principle used to achieve miracles. Jesus talked about these people. On the day of Judgement they will say " teacher we casts out demons in your name! And Jesus will say 'depart from me. I never knew you! "
I don't believe God makes people sick, but how do we square these scriptures: He said, "If you will listen intently to the voice of YAHOVAH your God, do what he considers right, pay attention to his mitzvot and observe his laws, I will not afflict you with any of the diseases I brought on the Egyptians; because I am YAHOVAH your healer." So the first one went and poured his bowl onto the earth, and disgusting and painful sores appeared on all the people who had the mark of the beast and worshipped its image.
You are quoting scripture from the OT but you are living in the NT 2018. Something happened about 2000 years ago. Jesus already paid for our sickness and sin by His stripe and death on the cross. Halleluyah!
