another great video of your trip, thank you so much! We have done the Gibb in 2012 in the other direction. Just loved it! Had two flat tires but nothing else damaged ! Love the wildlife you saw. Looking forward to the next video!
My compliments. This is highest quality and should be picked up by the networks. See if the discovery channel in America will sponsor you. This is great and little covered in America. Western Australia is first class entertainment that advertisers should pay for.
Absolutely Brilliant Forman & Wilms! After retiring and settling our autistic children into group homes we had decided to see more of Australia. Your ripper show has put WA firmly on our list of must sees, what a beautiful place. Thanks for bringing this wonderful place to our attention. Carol & Keith
Your welcome Keith. I'm a reckoning you'll enjoy WA. Take it slow and cruise along, there's a hell of a lot of great little roadside camps and tracks. Have fun.
Having just replaced a radiator on a D2 Landy without removing the fan, I can empathise with the need for generous and continuous libations to ease the pain. Awesome series. The blend of nature and adventure documentary is superb. Would have loved to have seen your take on the Victorian High Country, Keep Adventuring.
I was glad to see this episode come through, Love your work showing our countries harness but yet beauty. I'm an east coaster, setting up a Nissan Patrol so hopefully I'll get to see it for myself one day.
Another terrific video. Apart from the humour and the amazing shots, I especially love the fact that you are not pushing sponsors etc .. in every breath. There are so many bogans with GoPros on RUclips that your stuff is an absolute pleasure to watch. Can't wait for Ep 8. Keep it up .. it's terrific.
Cheers John. Episode 8 is going to be out in a bit over a week as it's clos to finished. I do confess a sponsor or two would be nice but for now it's just me and Wilms. I reckon we're doing ok on our own and it's all fun. Enjoy!
Once again, brilliant work. Love the animations in the vids also.Wilms loses her voice...oh the serenity right Mr Foreman ? :PCan't wait for episode 8 !
Episode 8 is getting close to completion. I'm a reckonin' a bit over a week. As for Wilms losing her voice there was a little serenity though if truth be told I'm the noisier one. Sometimes there is no justice.
Love the way you create your videos, a fantastic mix of great photography, scenery, wildlife, humour and facts, it makes it all incredibly entertaining. It's so easy to sit back and enjoy, but the amount of work to get it to the viewing media would be enormous, thanks for the efforts and posting, much appreciated, cheers.
Your welcome Kev. Glad you like them, the production work load is huge and time consuming but they’re like a travel journal to look back on and if other people enjoy the films then that’s a bonus. Cheers.
gt vid. good commentary. love the humour. i have done the gibb about 8 times. the joys of tour guiding. busy busy out there so not the wild adventure it used to be ...alas. but still fabulous country and gt waterways. looking fw to the next adventure.
I was guiding years ago for what's now called adventure tours, mulgas adventures and Aussie overlanders so did a couple of Kimberly trips but most of my time was around the rock, Kakadu and Arnhem Land. Who did you work for?
adventure tours aust - coral coast + pilbara, aust safari tours - kakadu lichfield katherine, kimberley wild, coates wildlife tours - sth aust, nt n wa. i did the kimberley with kimberley wild. gt fun. keep up the good work.
Thanks for another top class production. It's harder to thank you for reminding me of this depressing suburban existence (/subsistence) in which I now reside. (Enter Whitney Houston singing Hero)
Congratulations. They definitely are entertaining companions. Old mate, Oscar, is 16 now. Has slowed down a bit in the last couple of years. Deaf, half blind, and almost toothless, but still manages to get out of bed for 15 minutes a day to run around like a loony (and hunt down the treats that I hide for him).
Great video! That scene at 4:26 looks like the spot in the Vin Diesel movie Ridick was filmed at where that creature comes up out of the water to attack him.
Love your productions, we are about to take our Deefa & camper up that way in the coming months, so looking at all your video's. BTW TD5's don't like that green coolant, Oats coolant is the go, cheers, David
Greetings David. Best of luck on the trip up North! I regret putting in the green coolant but it was all I could find at the time in Derby. It's still in there 3 years later so God only knows what mischief is going on. I've been living in the States for 3 years so I'll change it over anyway if I ever return home.
Well I hope you do return... I'm back from our adventure. Our W/A NT trip mirrored most of yours, the defenders few problems - all corrugations related -were all on the modifications I did - funny about that. Cheers, David @@ForemanAndWilmsAdventures
Another trick I've seen done of ya got them.on board / an old mate got a roll of solder and a portable flame unit and melted solder into the general area .... we were in very isolated country and a run back to town wasn't an option.... anyway it worked for about 600k till we did get to civilisation of Port Augusta... or Port Gumain just up the road a ways to a mates place or a dude I'd met along the roads said nif ya ever stuck and close our front yard is yrs so we pulled up and nit was still not leaking/ after extracting the radiator and checking it out old mate said F it I'm guna just let it be / ya know we finished the trip and got back to the central coast NSW.... Anyway be safe YALL....love our Ozzie wilderness I've been sitting still 8 months building a new truck for living in again as well as an extream off rd podstyle camper.... so I'm desperate like a ferrit after it's meal to get back out in it....
so you doing the non tourist route home I hope, too many bloody people Foreman. can't wait till 2018 ! doing the west coast then.. top notch guys once again.
2018! Go for it. Our break down set us back right into school holidays which made the gibb the busiest time but it was still great. I've been converted to off season visits when I can. Usually it's either too cold or too hot but the crowds aren't often there. Im in the states now and that makes the crowds in oz look like nothing.
***** I go camping for the same reason I go fishing, for the peace & quiet. I sometimes even combine the two! Nothing ruins this serenity faster though than a nosy parker who has gone out of their way to approach you & announce the phrase..."Got 'nythin yet mate?!!!" My answer has often consisted of me simply pointing to an empty bucket!
Those people are the best i cant believe there is not more subbs
These are really delightful presentations. Thumbs up for everything but the X-Box.
We were there in 2001, but your film is infinitely better!
Another ripper episode.
Nice bird shooting guys.
Great vids. Did a little hard top 25 years ago. Love that L.D.....proper truck. Time of life now to get back, when planes start flying.

This is like a documentary. Hidden on youtube, but I found it. The quality is amazing!

Another winner. Thank you for such great entertainment and information!
No doubt, that is extraordinary, Australia, but these videos too!
All the best from Portugal.
Great Job, as Usual!!!!.....A+
Great cinematography, production and direction, and of course your laconic humour Gavin!
Thank you both for the escape! Best wishes...
Great video! Makes me think of all the fond memories and mishaps that happened along the Gibb :)
Yet another very enjoyable video 👍🏻
Another awesome video, really appreciated, thanks guys !
I love the narrations. very entertaining. this is a really good series and very well produced. it should have much more attention than it has.
I was glad to see this episode come through, Love your work showing our countries harness but yet beauty. I'm an east coaster, setting up a Nissan Patrol so hopefully I'll get to see it for myself one day.
Folks, you are natural film makers. Thanks for the experience and love to see more.
Thanks Steve. We've got more films on the way, backlogged in fact..

Greetings Mark. Wilms has just got herself a little Jack Russell like yours. They're proper little ratbags but awesome.
Congratulations. They definitely are entertaining companions. Old mate, Oscar, is 16 now. Has slowed down a bit in the last couple of years. great stuff guyz .how many miles km. on the old landy
I've often sat in busy tourist parks thinking to myself, isn't it nice to escape the rat race for a while!!!
Yep! I know exactly where your coming from. One positive is that at least we won't get lonely.
