This is a prime example of what i have been trying to push for 7 years. 1-clean the vehicle before writing estimate or preforming any work 2-CHECK IN PARTS****** 3-climate control (also spray waterborne) 4- HIRE DETAILERS estimator, detailer, r&i guy, supplements/clips/screws accounted for, body man, paint shop, r&i guys, detailer , remaining supplements, and back to customer. Bodyshop ownership: So easy a painter can do it!
Where could we get the name of some of the products you have there for example the extractor fans for taking away the dust while sanding, and the tool that runs 2 air lines. My son has a one man shop and restores classic cars in Canada, and it would be such a better work environment to have some of these things. He would die to work in a place like this.

There is a vacuum hose next to him, he wasn’t using a da with vacuum connection. I looked at your videos, I wouldn’t try to throw shade based on those
