This reminds me of Hurricane Dennis in 2005. It hit near Pensacola but was a strong Cat 4 out in the gulf but dry air got into it like this near landfall. There was damage and storm surge but the dry air intrusion saved many that day and overall damage. I see that same set up here.

I just saw another live broadcast that said all the winds around Sarasota and wherever the storm is and all the winds were like 40 mi an hour or less and one was 54 miles an hour. Thank God if this isn't a strong cat 5.
So it's not a category 5 anymore? 50 mile an hour winds is not even category 2 is it? Thank God if it's slowed down that much. I was fearful of a strong category 5 hitting land. I'm praying for all of you in Florida and in the path of the storm.

In space it’s all about laws of physics. Things don’t change the same way as on earth. Easier to calculate. People have been calculation the movements of the moon and the stars since stone ages.
Predicting weather is something else. Its not as static as in space. Its a mix of wind, warmth, humidity, geography, season, time of the day etc. It can change from one second to another. Just like a tornado that can move away from you and you think you’re safe. And then suddenly it changes direction and you are in severe danger.
Meteorologists have computer programs that they fill with new and old data. But there are so many unknown factors that can change the weather. So there will never be a program that can predict the weather 100%.
It’s the same with the human body. Too many factors to consider. You can never say for sure who’s gonna get cancer or a stroke.
We just have to accept that not everything can be calculated perfectly. Not weather. Or a persons behavior in every situation.
