Oh my goodness Brenda! All your finishes are absolutely amazing! And your WIPS are just as awesome! I love watching your videos! It’s always so inspiring for me!
“I didn’t do all the backstitching that she had designed” Brenda… I think you just broke my heart!!!! 😂 of course, all the backstitching needs to be done. Yes, I am watching the older videos as I have fallen this far behind with Flosstube. Eek! So wonderful of you to keep me company today. I am enjoying it so much. ❤
Hi Laura!!! I am thrilled that I got to keep you company! And the best thing about flosstubes is that they are infinitely patient in waiting their turn to visit. I laughed out loud about the backstitching!! So sorry I broke your heart!!!!! LOL I think of you all the time when I am backstitching :) The Olympics are in three months!!!!!
Hello! That is so funny!!! Such a small world! I love the pattern and I am so glad I found it! Do you know what year and/or month the magazine was published?
I was a member of EGA here on Long Island m, NY. We met in Manhasset, Nassau County, NY at a large church. Sadly lots of our members are gone. No more chapter in Nassau County, NY. I learned so much from them. I Loved them.
Thank you for your video. Lovely stitching, as always. Great finishes! You got lots done! Thanks for the tour of your room. Take care and happy stitching!
Your work is just gorgeous. I'm amazed by all the projects you get done. I recently found your youtube channel (a few months ago) and I of course subscribed and now I am binge watching all your videos from the start to present time, I have enjoyed them. I use to cross stitch many years ago back in the 80's & 90's then it got pushed to the side. I am getting back into cross stitch and I'm loving it more now than back then probably because of the fabrics and patterns options and the ability connect with other cross stitchers thanks to the Internet, Youbtube, Instagram & other social media. Keep up all that beautiful cross stitching you do and the wonderful content you provide on your channel. Thank You!🪡🙂
Brenda, I always love watching your Flosstubes. I don't know how you accomplish so much! And, you stitch so many different types of designs. I did order, based on your recommendation, a few charts from My Bobbin!
Brenda I love all your WIP's and the Lost no more is absolutely stunning. I did send you finish to your email address. Hope you like it. In the meantime Happy Stitching and be safe and kind. God bless Pat
I have The Scottish Door kit by Riolis too. My youngest daughter gifted it to me for Christmas last year since I have two Scotties just those colors. You work on it is beautiful. You are going to be very busy with all those full coverage projects! Loved seeing all your beautiful stitching!
Hi Brenda your finishes are gorgeous, great WIPS,I too am stitching the rainbow block it is actually my comfort piece, enjoyed your video,Thankyou for sharing 🇳🇿🪡❤️
I just wanted to tell you how much I enjoy your channel. You stitch such a variety of things which is what I do also. I was especially happy to see your Soda Stitch, Sky Blue Street. I hadn’t seen that one done anywhere else and I’ve started it recently and was thrilled to see it completed! I just love all the things but am a bit eclectic and a big squirrel. Thank you for sharing with us. Hugs and blessings.
I found the birdhouse pattern on 123Stitch, it's out of stock so when I get it I will join you with your SAL. Just discovered your floss tube, adding you as one of my favs to watch.
Wow. So much progress and so many finishes. I aim for two finishes each flosstube but mine are smalls. Your daughter has found the perfect gift to give you…perfect.
Thank you fir saying you got your browns backwards. I did that on a little bunny project too this summer. Also on a project with trees i kept stitching the wrong shade and had to frog alot twice. It mattered because the fir trees in the background wouldn't have looked good unless I fixed it. As to you Sewing Room by Lil Deb Designs; i personally think the drawers look better in brown (like the cubbies in your room!). Happy Stitching. All of your fabulous projects and stitchwork encourage and motivate me. Thank you. Excited to go watch you stitch room tour!!
I am so late in watching this but your work is always amazing! I haven’t finished the Sue Hillis Stitch Con piece but I love your idea of putting it on a project bag. My friend and I are attending Stitch West next Spring and we’re looking forward to stopping at your LNS and of course Shepherds Bush.
How lovely, your new Stitch-West project! It's in my stash as well and I'd love to join you guys :) It's also available as PDF on the designer's website, for anyone who cannot find a hard copy!
Wow! Lost no more is so beautiful! It’s stunning really. I am so inspired with all of your stitching that you showed. So very many pretty patterns. I may jump on the band wagon on the stitch with the birdhouses you are starting in October.
You do such beautiful work! And you stitch SO fast!! Impressive as well as inspiring! BYW, my neighbors are originally from Utah, and they have told us about Bear Lake. I would love to see it one of these days. See you next time! ❤
Brenda..always look forward to your videos! You certainly accomplish more than I do! I am wondering what fabric count you plan on using for the new SAL, the Jardin Prive’ birdhouse piece? TIA…happy stitching!
On a previous video you showed Zimmerman covered and I loved it and just bought the pattern. Can you share your fabric count and color. Thank you for sharing your stitching.
Hi Brenda:Another fabulous video! I don’t comment often but I do watch and. “like” all your videos. I love so many of your projects. Can you tell me, please, if the Primavera in Citta chart is in color or black and white? Thank you!
Hey Brenda! Lovely to see you again! Always a joy to spend some virtual time with you :) I just wanted to mention that Jardin Prive also have a website, where you can buy their patterns - at least it works here in Denmark, maybe it's different in the states :) Best wishes!
I'm doing the StitchWest SAL, and I'm planning on doing the border first too. I was so proud of my idea, but it looks like GMTA! Love your finishes. (and the near finish on "Lost No More". I remember when you didn't have any of the background done at all!)
It is a lovely piece, but is so old it is probably out of print. You can call around to cross stitch stores to see if they have it, or check the secondary market online :)
Loved the time with you! Sleeping Princess is really beautiful! My Artisan stand arrived! I had my daughter go over and watch your Flosstube explaining it, and hers is on order (an early Christmas / birthday gift from Mom!) Come back soon!!
Please tell me what is the name of the tags you have on your project bags. I remember you got them from Amazon but I can’t seem to find that small size. Thank you for sharing your time and talent. Your stitching is stunning. Love your videos.
Thank You!!! The name of the product on Amazon is: "CDM Supply Flex Tag, 50 Pack, Clear Flexible Key Tags, Reusable Key Labels, Ultra Thin Identifiers for Keys, Luggage, Inventory, Merchandise Labeling Tagging" And the link is a.co/d/alY86BQ
Hi Brenda: I always enjoy your videos; the projects you choose to work on are all so beautiful! After seeing your progress on the Sunnyside Sampler, I had to go out and buy it (and all the silks!) from my ONS! Can hardly wait to start it! Re: the Spanish magazine you showed at the end of your video…are those charts in color blocks, color with symbols, or black and white? Thank you, and I look forward to your next video.
Thank You Melanie! And I hope you enjoy Sunnyside as much as I did :) If I am remembering correctly the dollhouse pattern from the Spanish Magazine was color blocks with symbols. But I will check for sure when I get home :)
You will have to hang Lost No More behind you when it's finished. It's so beautiful! I'm working on the Sewing room pattern, and hoping to finish it this month. I'm always inspired when I watch your channel. Thank you.
Such beautiful finishes! You have been stitching a lot since the last video. It's always fun to see your progress. Lost No More is so pretty. A finish is soooo close! I'm starting the birdhouse SAL, too, but I may start at the left with January. You've got some pretty, new charts. Love that they remind you of places you love. ❤
Thank You Judy! Yay, so glad you are joining us! I have a few friends that are going to start with January as well :) I love charts that remind me of lovely memories :)

Hello!!! I have done several projects with lots of backstitch, 1 over 1. And although the backstitch is a little thicker than it would normally be, I thought they all turned out beautifully. I will try and get some of the backstitching done on Haberdashery before my next video so you can see how it will look :)
I always admire your projects, especially Serenity Bay. Would you mind sharing which colour dinky dyes you used for the water. I want to do something similar for By the Bays Tidal River 3 but I haven’t found a good substitute yet.
Thank You!! I am using Dinky Dyes "Gum Leaves" and Dinky Dyes "Ocean Pines" for the water on my Serenity Harbor piece :) Good luck! Finding just the right color is important! :)
Hi there. Lost no more is so beautiful. You mentioned that you only work on it in Sunday’s. How many hours? Also I am new to cross stitch how do you stitch with one thread. Thank you

I have an AuryTM pattern with Cosmo floss. It was really hard to find. Where do you get yours?
Hi Beth! Quilt stores quite often carry it, and Riverview Stitching in Monroe, MI carries it. I have also seen it on 123Stitch.com.
Hi, I am novice in cross stitch, I don't understand why you leave several threads on the project.
You don't get tangle ? How do you proceed ?
Hello! So glad you are cross stitching, and welcome! That way of stitching is called the "parking method" and I usually only use it on a complicated full coverage piece with many many colors.
