Hello, how are you . We have several screen problems vw id4 crooz (faw), black screen / can't login with username. Can you help and provide a solution for us, these cars are from the faw vw factory. These are now in Jordan, not in China.
He said that Volkswagen has written the “direct current” and “Alternating current” on the cover panel, which is convenient for users to distinguish it. And the charging filler is at the back side of the car instead of the front side which is also convenient for charging since he charging pile is behind the car. (Sorry for my poor english)
还有一个办法就是像现在美国流行的，后排行李箱地板设计两个高度的槽，让用户可以自己决定用高的还是低的，就可以得到纯平空间了。
