Many people here are criticizing Bo's judgment of Lauren working for Evony. But seriously, what Bo said was hardly that awful. First of all, Bo is entitled to express her opinions. If everyone had the right to judge Bo for being with Rainer in Season 4, then she also has the right to disapprove of Lauren working for Evony. Secondly, Bo has legitimate reasons to say what she said: Namely, Evony is a cold-hearted b**** who tried to kill Bo numerous times. Thirdly, Bo listened to Lauren's reasoning and accepted it. She then knew that Lauren was content where she was and said no more about it.
Bo and Lauren are really sad when you think about it. Bo can have a friendship, Kenzi. and many, many lovers. But Lauren wasn't allowed to have any. Evony respected her and helped her break free of the Light. When Lauren was happy away from the Light Fae, Bo hated it and wanted her to come back. Why would you want someone you love to go back to the same people that made her miserable?? She even threw Rainer in her face. Just sad.
Bo was never opposed to Lauren having any other lovers. She accepted Lauren being with Nadia, and she probably would've accepted Crystal. And it wasn't about being away from the Light; it was about being with Evony, an evil woman. If everyone else had the right to judge Bo's relationship with Rainer, then why can't Bo have an opinion of Lauren being with Evony? Bo thought that she, Dyson, Hale, Kenzi and Trick were her family. And she had a right to feel hurt that Lauren was away from them. You make it sound like Bo can't have emotions or dare express her thoughts.
Nadia was doomed to die just like Ciara was. She should've met Crystal but someone actually adoring Lauren was never going to happen because the writers were insistent on trying to make that tired triangle relevant for four seasons. Probably why they wrote Dyson to openly lie about not knowing where Lauren was. Something him telling Bo should've been shown on TV. Like all of Bo's disagreements with Lauren were. Evony and Rainer are different situations. Lauren plainly told Bo she would see her around. Bo wanted no part of her as long as she was with the Dark. Bo told them all to leave when she brought Rainer home. Lauren even told Dyson Bo didn't want to see them.(mermaid episode) Evony never forbade Bo from seeing Lauren when she wanted to(vice versa). And she wanted to see her when her wolf needed saving. Bo's emotions were often hypocritical. If Lauren lied, she wanted nothing to do with her. If the others lied, it was forgiven and drinks or sex ensued. She shouldn't expect Lauren to keep being loyal and then be shamed for trying to help her. Lauren should've just kept being a doctor and started dating again. Try to find a life for herself that didn't revolve around Bo and her DyBo squad.

Bo was hurt that Lauren slept with her to keep her distracted. And Bo eventually forgave Lauren. And Bo has easily forgiven Lauren for so many things. When Bo found out Lauren had a girlfriend, she still wanted to help her. When Lauren didn't listen to her about Kenzi, Bo got mad, but she seemed to get over it the next episode. And after their first breakup, Bo was eager to see Lauren again in 4x05. And after their second breakup, she quickly accepted getting back with Lauren in the Series Finale. So Bo is not without mercy. If anything, she is often too forgiving.
Season one she stopped taking Lauren's calls because of the Ash. Letting the woman explain like she did with Trick and Dyson about Aife would've prevented her from blocking Lauren's calls in season 2. Lauren should've just stopped calling. Haha.
It's not her decision where Lauren works. Yeah Evony tried to kill the star of the show. But Evony, Fae or not, Lauren was safer where she was. Human Evony had a ton of chances to kill Lauren but she trusted the Doctor. Remember Lauren was getting death threats for saving Bo's wolf. She killed one guy in the very lab Bo didn't want her working in. Of course she preferred Lauren working in the Light Fae labs wearing a servitude necklace. The bottom line is Bo never trusted Lauren or her judgement, no matter how well intended her actions were. The first thing Lauren said just as they started to dance. Evony's monster had a chance to kill Lauren too when she went to get the wine but he didn't. Bo and Lauren were adorable at first but the writing screwed them up to favour Lauren as the only bad one in their relationship. It died for good the minute Bo chose Rainer.
You must've loved most of season 5 then. Bo couldn't get enough of hanging out with Tamsin. Which is another reason Lauren should've been written off or away from them. Zoie certainly deserved a better script.
