Is the float $15.00 rental per day ?
Can you also use the resort credit towards renting the floats?

I am note sure they rent floats. You would have to buy a float. They start at $15 each I believe.

Seventh tip, don't go to Moon Palace Cancun because it is not adults only!!!!
