I love how adventurous you are in your quest for a great tasting matcha. Honestly, I think you need to give Breakaway matcha a try again, but try out their hyper premium line, like Blend 94, or 98, Kamakura, Jizo, which I totally splurged on but absolutely love. They do have sales off and on, that’s when I buy it. Plus the owner, Eric, is simply the best, along with their great customer service and personal touches.
which matchas do you think shine through best in lattes? i’ve tried ippodo’s sayaka with oat and soy milk but i found that the matcha flavor was too delicate and thus drowned out, even when i added extra matcha :(

I would say it’s more medium than full
