Cool! Billy was an awesome lead guitarist in my college rock band while he was still in high school. Then he went off to play jazz and got really good. He left us way to early.
I am so grateful for these, I was very close friends with Billy for many years, I'm from Omaha, where he grew up, Many of the local musicians knew me as "John and Billy's Karen" John being another local musician who was as good as Bill on B3 and keys. The three of us were best friends, and when either one was in town, we were always together. You don't know how much these mean to me, so I wanted to say thank you.
billy and i did many gigs together. even a showband! he was with george shearing when i met him in LA. then with the crusaders. he recorded on my first 2 albums.....who do voodoo & lifeline.

Thanks Jim , Billy Rogers with Jaco , less than a year later they are tragically both gone .
