I'm new to the LS sonars even fishing electronics in general, my first set up I've owned. It's a killer set up on my kayak for sure! The details in the lvs34 along with gt56 side imaging is amazing. Looks better in person than all videos I've watched.

Good to know about their buoyancy. I normally like to use 1/32oz heads

The supply for Zman Micro is low. It is hard to find right now. I can't wait to try them.

As of right now, Tackle Warehouse has them in stock. I didn't realize they were hard to find, I bought a bunch after my first day with one pack.

Zman micro jighead hook seems too small even though Zman recommends it.Mule fishing has best keep for these imho .But the size you use are fine too.well done

I intentionally want to try the 1/30 and 1/20 ounce jig heads. I think that will make them react better for the panfish.

Guess together will get a favorite jighead for this amazing bait. The other micros I had a problem with the tail wrapping around the hook. But they are made in USA and I am gonna find the right jig for those too.Sadly I read the mule jig and baits all made in China.

ElaZtech may be patented, in which case they will go after people just like with chatterbaits.

I'm a kayak angler mostly, mostly fish for bass, striper & crappie if I come across them. I just added electronics to my Hobie this past winter finally a 10" Garmin ultra with steady cast heading sensor & the lvs34 system. I've been fishing crappie little more often now because I will find them with my electronics looking for bass & structure. I have been using the Zmans micro finness stingerz but I have some of the shad fryz on the way. So 16th is best weight for the Zmans finness baits? I have bumble bee & white, I'll color the white with spike it marker's so I have more options. Then thier whatever color I want

I think weight is one of those comfort things. I know people who will only fish a 1/32 because of the way it sinks or stays higher up. I just have been fishing a 1/16th jig head. I will go to a 1/8th if I am fishing deep brush. it just helps to get it down faster. I know guys who use a 1/32 jig head but then add a split shot to help with depth. Just all about feel.

Great great video. Where did you purchase your z man jighead crappie hooks with the red hooks? Also what's heavier the 1/10oz or 1/15oz? I normally fish with the 1/16oz jighead.

I bought the jig heads from Waterfront, a local tackle store on Guntersville. 1/10 oz is heavier. I normally fish with a 1/16th as well.

I was using suffix braid (10 lb) to a Sunline Sniper Fluorocarbon leader (8 lb). The jigheads are found at Waterfront Grocery on Guntersville Lake. I don't know the name but they are from a local that pours them. And they are 1/16 or 1/8 heads depending on the depth and current I am fishing.
