Hikvision DVR settings are getting lost, after reboot or shutdown, Tried factory reset as well. Support team suggested, Firmware upgrade, but that also not updating, after reboot it comes back to same version. Also had tried resetting password and changed it successfully using sadp tool, but after reboot that settings also got lost. Camera settings are also getting lost after reboot, please help
