  • Have some dark chocolate and coconut cream on hand? Then you’ve got chocolate truffles!
    Vegans with a sweet tooth have the impression that they must give up sweets, whereas in reality, it only allows them to be more creative and try new things.
    This vegan dessert is here to prove that you don’t need butter, or eggs to make something rich, and decadent. These truffle balls are super duper addictive and quite simple to make.

    Ingredients:
    Dark chocolate bar: 150g
    Coconut cream: 1/3 cup
    Recipe:
    1) Finely chop the chocolate bar.
    2) Put the coconut cream in a lightly heated pan.
    3) Put the chopped bar when the cream heats up.
    4) Keep stirring till the chocolate melts.
    5) Transfer the mixture to a bowl.
    Refrigerate it for 1-2 hours.
    6) Scoop out 2 big spoons of the mixture and shape it into balls.
    7) Your truffle is now ready!
    8) You can coat it in the flavour you like; cacao powder, shredded coconut, nuts or sprinkles.
    9) You can store this in an air tight container for about two months.
