I’m glad you are feeling better. I used to take the gummies melatonin too. I stopped and I take Martha Ruth’s Sleep time vitamins. My sister and niece are night owls too. It was one summer day & my mother was cleaning with ammonia and I had a seizure. The chemicals were too strong. She stopped using ammonia over 35 years ago….. Thanks for sharing and I wanted to let you know you are not the only one.💕💕👍🏾👍🏾🙏🏾🙏🏾
