How much better would you say the fishing in South Carolina is to Wisconsin? Also on average how many fish do you usually catch ?

I’d say it’s all relative. Like in Wisconsin, you normally target largemouth, smallmouth, trout, northern, or muskie while in South Carolina, I fish saltwater and target flounder, speckled trout, and flounder. All those fish are fun to catch, so I’d say one really isn’t better than the other.

But I also would say on average I normally catch a few fish, but it all depends on the day. Some days are great, and some days not so much

@@augshogs have you ever tried fishing the ponds in Charleston Mount Pleasant area for largemouth? I was recently there and hit up some ponds and got some good action.

I have a little bit, but I’ve never caught anything huge out of them
