NCBE is a part of UFBU. The authorized bargaining authority in respect of bank pensioners issues is UFBU lead by AIBEA. Then, why NCBE is now writing directly to IBA...? They should discuss this matter in UFBU, for taking up with IBA. So, it appears that there is no co- operation and coordination in UFBU.That itself weakens our situation. Every association /union/ organization is having their own ego, which spoils everything. Only the name says "UNITED". But,in reality all the nine in UFBU are "DIVIDED". Under such circumstances, we pensioners do not have any hope of any further improvements in our pension. We have to keep on waiting till the end of our life....!
@@J722J Don't be upset see how NCBE specifically SBI oriented union enhanced their Pension from 40 percent to 50 percent so if NCBE try to point any geniune cause within UFBU there's no harm. O yes I am not a Ex-SBI staff but a UCO Bank pensioner dominate by AIBOC.

All old,older and oldest messages,videos are presented repeatedly with different colourful,JUICY titles. Better boycot the same.

Agreed to if the govt agreed to bank retirees pension revision as part settlement wise otherwise it will affect bank pensioners a lot. In fact Govt should revise pension first after this base year change be affected which will be beneficial.
