Nigeria Nuclear Power Program: Preparations With Vendor Countries

Nigeria is in discussions with partners from Russia, China, and S. Korea and will be starting the feasibility study in 2025 to come up with the best financial model for both Nigeria and the vendor country. Nigeria intends to start work on the multi-purpose research reactor in 2025. The sites have been identified and the government is intending to take ownership of those sites in 2025.
