I have been using HUEL for a week now.Twice a day breakfast and lunch replaces two meals a day,I have a decent supper and I do feel really good. It tastes great to me and no issues mixing it.The mixer is genius somebody actually thought about it so thank you. Wanting to loose weight have a fitter lifestyle also requires will power BUT using HUEL I feel helps enormously.I have type 2 diabetes which isn’t easy regarding ones diet,however with HUEL it’s looking very positive. I’m happy right now folks and it feels great.
Not just that using Huel is saving me a lot of time that I usually spent in preparing food. It made me feel better maybe because it's vegan. I'm using Huel now since 5 days and I do not yearn for sweets and cookie or even meat...The Huel Hot & Savoury (mexican chilli) is surpirsingly well balanced ... usually I took 2000-2900 caloried, now propably 800-1000...Good job Huel 👍

Huel black strawberry cream is the one 🤤followed in a very close second of Huel original salted caramel, It feels weird to start with but I wake everyday now looking forward to my huel!
Adding a spoon of instant coffee to the salted caramel or the cinnamon swirl is a MUST. Best flavour combo. And I agree with leaving it to sit for at least an hour to make it nice and smooth. Huel has saved me so much money and I don't have to waste time thinking about shopping, prepping, eating, cleaning up, and then repeating that 3x a day. I have 3 shakes a day plus a 400-500 calorie-counted ready meal (again, for the low faffing around element) and some days I'll have a snack too. I've been doing great on it. Down 17lbs in 2 months and feel really well hydrated and just well in self. Glad I finally decided to give it a try. :)
Tried Huel black today, banana flavor and the chocolate flavor. Both taste really good but I like banana flavor 25% more. Will definitely buy more more banana flavor and try other too. Prior to that tried the salted caramel flavor a year prior, that one also tastes really good.
I think a small pot for travelling to carry your powder to work would be a good idea. I personally have the powder in the bottle and then subsequently add the water afterwards, a bit lumpy, but ok …

Blend it alot Won't be as filling but smooth. Also the huel ready to drinks and huel black edition are not the same formula, flavors will never be the same with such different macros. If you like a RTD try the white edition.
I just recieved my order today and tried the caramel coffee flavour (white bag huel powder complete meal, not your essential one), the consistency was fine wasnt too thick or thin but the shake it was quite gritty and I added the correct amount of water and made my shake in the shaker you provided. It quite difficult to taste the coffee flavour. What do you suggest to make it smoother as there is a lot of tips in the video but unsure as maybe it depends on what flavour you have in order for the shake to taste a lot more flavourful. Thanks
the only issue I have is static on the bag and scoop. this makes it so that the powder gets on to things. 1st world problem. I've read that some people have issues with Huel giving you gas. I have the opposite so far.. little to no gas. Allergies seem to have gone away now that I've replaced breakfast and lunch with Huel. I have less things to worry about now. less mess, less planning. it's just made being fed at work, less of a problem for me.

Just a heads up that blending huel will probably make it feel filling for shorter time. By smashing all the fibers, slow release carbs and proteins to bits (processing) you are doing some of the bodies work. It will be much faster absorbed as a result (and spike your blood sugar more). Leaving it in fridge for some hours or overnight should be a better alternative, as here the fibers gel up (like psyllium husk) and the protein and carbs aren't processed so much.
I bought like half of a dozen kinds of Huel meal stuff to try it out. They taste alright, as long as you're from UK and used to food over there (I lived in UK for 12 years before moving out), but if you have any sort great taste expectation, forget it, you can never make these taste really good, the best is tolerable. I guess the fault is mine that I forgot the reviewer is from the UK.
Glad to hear that the microwave method works just fine for you! However, if you let your H&S sit for 8-12 minutes with the regular method, and give it a good stir, the results are almost identical 😊
Hi Tom, avid Huel fan and general powdered food afficionado here. I must say the shakes have worked wonders for me, I have successfully avoided any bowel activity for a straight week. My intestinal system is processing all intake with maximum efficiency, resulting in zero waste product. I do however miss using my teeth for my sustainance, my co-worker lent my his pen and I was immersed with feelings of shame when I returned it all chewed up. Anyway, keep up the good work. Our Ready to Drink and powders are different products. They contain different ingredients and go through different processes, so they don't have the same taste or texture. Good question Josef! Huel is not specifically for weight loss or weight gain. However, you can achieve this with Huel because its easy to count how many calories are being consumed at one given time. Food supliments do not benefit weightloss in any way and that it scientific fact. A balanced diet with as much activity as you can cram into your day. The only thing that does help break down metoblic fats is simply green tea. Heul is just another marketing fad that will go bust by this time next year.
Just got my first shipment of Huel Black edition (cinnamon roll and vanilla). To me the cinnamon roll is pretty bad. I will definitely have to find a way to flavor it. I have not tasted the vanilla yet. I got this for nutrition so I'm not too concerned about how bad the cinnamon roll tastes. I'll figure out a way to flavor it with something more appealing.... bananas / frozen fruit etc and mix it in the blender. If you haven't tried Huel yet just know that these are not the sugary shake type supplements you are likely used to but they do appear to be nutritious and that's why I got them.

Shocking actually 😅 I'll tell you. It's the water soluble fiber. It gels up and stops feeling so "sharp" or "dusty" in the mouth. And the bigger chunks get softer. That's all. It's like psyllium husk.

Huel contains all essential amino acids, essential fatty acids, fibre, phytonutrients, and at least 100% of the Nutrient Reference Values (NRVs) of all 26 essential vitamins and minerals. We have found that most of our customers only use Huel for 1-2 meals a day and then have a home cooked meal too. If you do go 100% be sure to ease yourself in over a few days to let the body adjust. It's not healthy to do so for a long time. While technically you get all you need, the main health hazard is this: The high amount of free floating calcium spikes in your blood and can lead to calcification of the arteries, which could put you at risk of blood clots/stenosis. Your body isn't used to this fast uptake of calcium. It's a pretty unsolvable problem for these "meal replacements" unfortunately. It's also simply impossible that huels electrolyte composition is just right for your body. Your natural cravings are a better guide on this. Some people on 100% huel have too much of some electrolytes. That said you're probably better off drinking huel all day, than eating 100% junk. Especially if comparatively you eat a lot of bad cholesterol contributing to the same issue. Just don't be fooled that these drinks are entirely good for you. Middle of the road, having one or two huel drinks a day to replace unhealthy/nutritionally lacking meals is probably the most advisable.
If you are experiencing digestive wind it could be due t the high levels of fiber in Huel. We recommend starting with just one Huel a day for the first couple of weeks and increasing daily water intake too! 🙏

For me, it's the zip lock at the top of the bag. Probably takes me longer to zip the bag shut than it does to make my Huel. Great product otherwise.

For hot n savoury, you must must use the microwave method! Smooth and tasty, compared to crunchy soup from the kettle method
