The early days? Gorilla didn't even debut as a wrestler until 1958, and he didn't transition to the business side of WWF until much later. I'm not trying to be pedantic, but the history of pro wrestling goes back quite a bit further than 1958.

There are a ton of things you could say for bleeding and a false finish is not just kicking out of a finisher

Gigging is the same as blading. To cut oneself or an opponent with a blade to cause bleeding.

‘Shooting’ also means getting real in the ring (not pulling punches) - classic example was when JBL beat up The Blue Meanie on ECW One Night Stand in 2005, legit busting him open

Dusty Finish got it's name because of Dusty Rhodes, he loved to book finishes like that, but it wasn't unique to him, that happened a lot in the Territories/NWA as a way to keep everyone happy.

False finish doesn’t have to be kicking out of a finishing move it could be any spot after the comeback where someone kicks out of a pin

Gigging is blading/getting color etc because the blade is called a 'gig'. In fairness, that's an old school term, like 60s-70s old.

Also just because something is a shoot doesn't mean you've gone off script. Shoot usually just means being real and non kayfabe. So there can be "shoots" in a script
