Branded is the main threat against Tear? Lmao you must be joking, even in Ishizu Tear era the only real deck who have legit chance to beat them was Floo with D Shifter (or Exosister with D Shifter)
@@XainArchives You sure are a branded meatrider, Aren't you? Bystials don't do enough unless you have AT LEAST 2-3 of them in your hand. I really do hate Snake-Eyes as its way to goddamn consistent, with it being a deck that searches way too much without drawback. With Tear, there is atleast the drawback of rng and the potential to deckout.
Rng was hardly a limiting factor with full power tear, the deck milled so much and had so many graveyard effects that the kitkalos/merrli yoinky sploinky was practically guaranteed to find a name and a couple useful mills, and if you hit a miller the game was basically over unless the opponent was also on tear, also deckout is almost never happening with tear due to tears and shufflers adding cards back every turn
Tear couldn’t deck itself out it’s cards and Ishizu’s reshuffled. Teatlament is hands down the most overpowered deck ever printed hands down. And remember it was heavily pre hit on release in MD and it was still the most dominant deck ever. Snake Eyes looks like a rogue deck in comparison
that snake eyes pilot is why everyone hates snake-eyes. A good tear player beats a bad tear player every day of the week but whoever draws better in Snake-Eye always wins. That second snake player deserved to be destroyed by the random mill 1.

Tearlaments has always been sacky. It's just that they milled so much back then the odds were on their side of seeing what they want, just like how Maxx "C" is more likely to get into interruptions or unbrick into engine the more an opponent special summons. Knowing what you need to do with what you mill IS important, but you actually have to be able to mill it first. It's also why negating Kitallkallos before it can get to its Mill 5 can often be a massive choke point, as those 5 mills are where it's most likely to expand into 10 or even 15 more if no millers have been hit yet.
