I am always saying WE GOT THIS in real life and online. We all have our own struggles and I believe we can get through anything together. When I was diagnosed with cancer in September, I thought this was my own struggle but I realised my cancer has affected everyone around me. I am a daughter, a girlfriend, a sister, a friend, a cousin, a grand daughter & more. @@RoosaM88 Sorry just saw your post . I met my friend Joan whilst I was in hospital. She actually had bowel cancer but because of what Tiffany was going through at the time , I didn’t want to say as I thought it might upset Tiffany . . Joan also wears a Stoma . Unfortunately , the chemo didn’t work . The cancer grew . The cancer isn’t in her stomach as they thought, it’s in her urine tube -urethra . She’s having a 12 hour operation . Then the plastic surgeon will come in to do his bit .
She’ll wear a urine bag but she’s fine with that . Of course I’m very worried about her . Thank you so much for asking . I appreciate it

Such a beautiful description. I will try and remember this. I too had my 2nd course of IV chemo this year from January to June and also found myself crying in the chemotherapy unit because of the trauma it causes bringing back the memories from the first time and the reminder of the fragility of life. 🙏
Tiffany is so generous to record this time in her life and I personally am thankful that she doesn’t edit out the emotional or sad bits but keeps it real. So much more relatable.

Praying for you Tiffany. I had c-diff after my first round of chemo in the hospital. Got thru it, and continued on with the rest. You are strong, and you got this!
Tiffany, I know that surgery seems like the final step, but keep in mind that mending from the surgery will have its own time involved. Just meditate on the tumor, visualize the chemo diving in headfirst, and blasting it. Do this twice daily. This will not only let your body know that the chemo has a specific job, but will also help your mind accept the treatment freely. We’ve got this! Praying for you daily sweet girl... 💙🙏🏻💙

Great advice for Tiff I finished chemo it was hard but bearable but it shrinked tumor a lot I’m terrified of surgery more it’s for the colon with a bag being attached temporarily.
I really think this is vital. Our thoughts and specifically direct our healing. I truly believe as much.

Sometimes crying is the best medicine. It's very cathartic and then energizes you to take the next steps.

Tiffany, medical PTSD is a real thing. It’s very powerful. The emotional roller coaster of a serious illness is a lot to adjust to and you’re always being thrown something new to cope with. Please consider talking to a therapist. Someone to help you process all of this, that isn’t in your family, is always a good idea. Take care!

You and your family are always in my prayers, Tiffany. I’m scheduled for surgery this Tuesday (at the beginning of my ovarian cancer journey). In my case, I’m the mom and my children are closer to your age, so I keep your sweet mom in my thoughts and prayers for her continued strength. Tiffany, I know how you feel when you get very emotional in the infusion room. I have been doing it for years for my Multiple sclerosis. It’s PTSD! You got this sweetheart! 💙💙💙
I'm so glad I just saw your post, I thought I was the only one. My last day of my lemtrada infusion I cried the whole time, for absolutely no reason. ❤️
@@cmurn6719 I cry the whole way up the elevator to the room. Then I’m usually ok after I am with my nurse bc I request the same special one every time. That’s made a world of difference. Thinking of you! You’ve got this too! 💙😊

My darling Tiffany, over the weekend I have been going back on to the start of your journey, and I feel I know you and your family so much better. Your tears are completely understandable, and it’s great that you can let them out...regard those tears as part of the healing process. This journey is full of hills and valleys, so just go with it, with your usual beautiful grace and strength...even though at times I know that you don’t feel very strong. You looked terrified in the beginning, and I don't blame you one bit. You probably have some sort of PTSD from what you've gone through so far, not to mention getting the C diff infection. That was just awful. I don't think anyone would be happy to get more chemo after going through all that. You were trying so hard to smile and appear OK, but you weren't... please don't feel the need to pretend to be happy for us, we are all here for you on the bad days too, not just the good ones. Dear Tiff. If surgery doesn’t commence soon, maybe you could crowdfund or get equity if your mum owns her house and go to the states as time is so important with this disease . Hi I just finish my chemo and trust me this isn’t new to me. I didn’t know why I cry, at the end of it feeling sooooo low most of the time…Laugh seems a lot hard. But you will get through it and don’t be hard in yourself. You are lucky to have a supportive family 🙏🏻🌈
C-diff is highly contagious. I got a small case of it when I was in hospital in October. I only had one episode and started meds immediately and that was that. I think once you have C-diff it’s easier to have it again. Make sure you take pre and probiotics . I was surprised your family could visit you without a gown and gloves once you had C-diff diagnosis in hospital. It is so highly contagious. Prayers for healing 🙏🏼

Tiffany, you are so precious. You are crying because you don’t know what’s happening, and you are very disappointed you had to postpone surgery. You have every reason to be sad and crying. Also you were in the hospital for weeks until recently and that alone can make a person feel sad and depressed. Even though they are at home now and feeling better. You are so frightened of c- diff happening again you think about what to eat to protect yourself a lot. And after reading about that illness I don’t blame you. I wish I could hug you! Big hugs . And lots of love . I wish the best for you and if you need someone to talk about your fears and concerns with , tell your dr. They have that available for you and there is nothing wrong with having someone you can share all this with and not having to worry about telling them how you feel. That’s what they are there for. To help you get through this and feel the best you can emotionally. So , you got this Tiffany!

Hi Tiff. Please please please push for your surgery date. You really need to chase these things up on the NHS and be very persistent and proactive. Perhaps even pay for a private consultation with your surgeon - this will remind him of your case and he might be able to bring your date forward. Wishing you all the very best. xx
Tiffany I don't know how many times I cried during treatment it's absolutely OK to cry your going through a lot at the minute but there will be an End. I knows you need this Chemo till you get surgery hopefully you will get this plan SOON . YOU GOT THIS TIFFANY XX
