In the past 13 years of Guru mahadasha I've gotten my second Bachelor degree and second Masters degree. Started a career (excellent company and job), lost the job and eventually dropped the career after the second job. Got married. Had a miscarriage and got diagnosed with an auto-immune disease, had to get surgery for fibroids. Got diagnosed with multiple conditions related to Guru like hypertension and pre-diabetes. Started a new degree at college but had to drop out due to health, then rejoined within a year. Hopefully will finish the degree this month.
If Guru allows it, I will qualify to be a teacher this year. Earlier I was an HR manager. So yes, it's a different career altogether. I've married a lovely man so that was a blessing. And I've lived a comfortable life despite the ups and downs so I'm thankful for that. We are planning to buy a house this year and have registered for adoption. Glimmers of hope. Also, I'm in the last phase of a saade saati so that also affects the events I know. As the Gita says, do your karma and don't worry about the fruit of the labour. So just going to keep on swimming. And yes I do try to do daan and be as charitable as I can.
Money can come and slip away ...not in jupiter mahadasha yet and this its the story of m life

I am Libra rising and 2019 I entered Jupiter Dasha, (I have jupiter saturn conjunction in 10 degree in 12th house) in 2020 I got married for 2nd time. I resigned my job and stay home and do research about astrology and learning new knowledge. I have moon ketu conjunct in 4th house also and some times I cry and feel alone in home. I am more spiritual than before.

Jupiter is my 12th lord in d1. I changed jobs and I earn much more. But extra costs are also there. Health issues too. I stopped alcohol and try not to indulge in wrong foods. It is in this dasha that I started learning about vedic astrology. Jupiter sits with the 6th lord Mercury and 8th lord Sun in the 5th house Taurus. I do feel optimistic most of the time but finding a balance in everything is a challenge. Very informative video. Thank you very much
long before i ever knew astrology, i became a flight attendant at the beginning of my Jupiter mahadasha, then moved far away from home, quit then moved to a new state and city to get my bachelor's degree, got a job and then requested a transfer to another office across the country. i was eventually laid off and had to move back home nearing the end of my Jupiter mahadasha into rahu antardasha. it is so fascinating to see this all in retrospect, and it reaffirms all this knowledge that you provide so generously for us! I’m in my Jupiter mahadasha and Saturn Antardasha. my Jupiter is in Sagittarius effecting my 4th and 7th my Saturn in my 5th in Capricorn... it’s not bad but definitely not easy. My entire life changed in this dasha... I divorced after 30 yr marriage. I was homeless after that, found myself going in astrology and now went back to school found a good job bought a house and found my soul mate. At 60 I have learned the most in my life.

Ri P , there are online birth chart calculators. When you key in your birth details along with your birth chart you will usually also get the mahadasha cycles.

Gina, I'm ending my Jupiter Mahadasha in 2 years. I'm Gemini ascendant, Sagittarius Moon, and Jupiter is in my 9th house. I've found this period overall very beneficial, but too many career and residence changes to suit me. I was quite stable before this period. But, finances were good, so no harm done. There has been much more freedom and I've had opportunities to do things I have wanted to do, including extensive foreign traveling. Quite frankly, I'm lookin forward to my Saturn Mahadasha for some stability! As always, thank you for your enlightening videos.

Thank you..now i understood that even though as pisces ascendant i couldve had better prospectus in jupiter mahadasha..its placement in aquarius in 12th house didnt let it fully to happen along with saturns heavy placements!! I wondered why it was not working well as it worked for many i know with timely marriage , kids, promotions etc in jupiter mahadasha...none of that sort happened to me..infact it was stagnation for me in all areas...it all made sense now
Jupiter at 23 deg is lord of my 9th and 12th house. Conjunct Rahu(24 deg) and Sun(10 deg). Learnt alot of painful lessons...that turned me towards spirituality. 3 more years to go...then Saturn MD. 🙈
I'm having Jupiter MD and Pisces Jupiter transiting my 11th house conjunct my Natal Venus; opposite to my Natal Jupiter and Moon. Giving me tough and hard lessons in relationship. The best thing is now Jupiter nearly enters Aries, I'm near the end of my journey sorting my unhealthy patterns and past traumas. I learned so many things about dharma, selflessness, forgiveness, surrender, inner peace, happiness, serenity, honesty, loyalty, faith, and of course the potent one; love. This 12th months journey has been helping me find my true self in order to find the true love. Though it's a painful journey, but it's meaningful and this period helps me redirecting my life purpose. I'm no longer want to fight, all I ask is peace, happiness, serenity, and abundance. I'm getting better in letting go of my control issue. If I want something, I give my best shot and surrender to God. God knows what I want and if it's truly a wise request, I believe He will grant it. No more fighting, I'm tired. I just want to live in peaceful, joyful, happy, and serene life.

as a gemini ascendent, jupiter mahadasha has been pretty heavy for me. I mean good things like education, travel and stuff have happened. But I also got sick (chronic illness), depression, psychological issues, separation from family... I'm happy this mahadasha will end for me on 2025.. just waiting lol

@@md1.8 I'm Gemini ascendant and Guru mahadasha has been so tough but it also gave some good things. I got education, career, got married but had so many health issues and still do. I had issues with job, had to change career. Plus health made everything worse and nothing is worth anything without health. I now have an auto-immune condition which is chronic and progressive. I'm waiting desperately for Jupiter mahadasha to end in 2026. And I'm going through Saade Saati so waiting for that to end in 2025.
Guru mahadasha will end in December 2026. Most people don't believe Guru MD can be so bad but I understand what you're saying. It's been a nightmare. But with all the creature comforts a person can have. I'd rather have my health.

Leo ascendant here... I started my Jupiter period in my early 20s- education and family emotional/ financial support has been very strong, and I feel grateful for that. The downside was I separated from my spouse quickly after marriage... deep down I knew he wasn’t right for me but I wanted the marriage to work (married in Jupiter-venus period) but no matter how hard I tried, we would separate. It’s as if a higher power was protecting me from furthering this relationship, and now I see it as a blessing. Few more years left in this mahadasha 🙏🏽

Within just over a year I will be entering my jupiter Mahadasha. After a roller coaster ride with rahu Mahadasha, I have my sights on better with jupiter. But perhaps there are always the ups and downs with all the Mahadashas.

Jupiter Mahadasha began well for me. Plenty of money and I remarried--but then Sadisati came along and changed everything. Job to job with less pay and divorce. Just a couple of years left of Sadisati and then Ill be in Saturn Mahadasha. For me one of the most productive times of my life was during Moon Mahadasha.

I had Jupiter Mahadasha when I was still in middle school and highschool. No wonder it felt heavy and I felt more mature than most people and was very into religious stuff. I did find a guru/teacher/person who changed my life. Family life not good at all. Still isn't. Moved away at the end of the Dasha. Now in Saturn Dasha. And pretty much at the same time, my D4 chart Mahadasha went into Jupiter from rahu. Now I live with other people I do not like, and have trouble making money, and have a hard time trying to get away. It's been terrible every day here. Still trying to leave. There's nothing I want more than an apartment to myself. Jupiter is in Taurus in my D4 in the 6th chart. You say Jupiter makes you be with people you need to be and not with who you want to be? It's hell, I hate it.

Libra ascendant going from Jupiter to Saturn.. Never could keep a job during Jupiter. Lost out on opportunities in marriage. Was engaged then it broke. Travel with losses. No gains. Now Saturn has brought a solid secure job for my life. House was purchased. My first children's book was published. HUGE CHANGE from Jupiter. Much more to come! ;) Good luck all. 8th house represents occult, wealth & family of your spouse/business partner, longevity, major & sudden transformation, accidents, humility, insurance, scandal, sex, research, anything buried underground, inheritance, hidden treasures etc
11th house represents gains, hopes, wishes, friends, elder siblings, large organizations, aspirations etc.
The symbol of Moola nakshatra is root. It signifies getting deep into things. Since your Jupiter placed in its own house (8th house), you are getting deep into 8th house matters. Astrology for example. However, retrograde Jupiter will lead you to the wrong side first. For instance, Jupiter represents knowledge. At first, you don't get into the right side of astrology or you don't get the right guidance in astrology. Afterwards, you will change yourself and get in the right direction.
Moola is a spiritual and destructive nakshatra (akin to Ardra). This dasha will lead you to spirituality. 4th pada of Moola is emotional as it falls in Cancer navamsha. Your Mercury sub-period (August 2020 - November 2022) has just started. This is somewhat a better period. The next sub-period i.e. Ketu will create problems in relationship. In fact, this dasha itself gives disinterest in the relationship as Ketu & 7th house lord (Mars) are placed in the 7th house and it will lead you to spiritual path. Hope this helps!

Same Emo..I gained over 80 pounds in my first year of my Jupiter mahadasha..and that year I found out I have hypothyroidism ..very healthy active up until then that was over 5 years ago..the only thing that has worked for me is doing Keto and running 5 miles almost every on incline settings...I was about 30 pounds away from my goal weight but then my grandma and mom passed away suddenly a few months apart and I got depressed and gained it all back..that was about 2 years ago and now finally ready again to put all my energy back into getting that weight off

MethodMan1 Jupiter for libre is generally troublesome in Dasha I have seen many times..Jupiter in second house is actually good though ...video coming up on this soon....It doesn’t really matter what house a functional malefic is it still remains the same!...Jupiters aspects are far more important than where he sits actually...So he is aspecting six house in your case this can have many benefits but will increase conflicts.. you need to be more concerned where is Mars he will give the final result.

I always get confused as to how they will act e.g. for Libra, Jupiter is a natural benefic but a functional malefic and I always wonder whether its aspects are still beneficial or conjunction with other planets or its house placements are desired e.g. Jupiter in the 1st house is usually really good but is it still desirable if you're a Libra?
