Dare I say it - this felt like the interview she enjoyed the most. Her humor synced effortlessly with Ben Stiller’s, and there was a refreshing depth to their conversation. He’s a thoughtful, old-school artist. Hands down my favourite interview so far.

When A-List celebs are constantly praised and everybody is in awe of you, they will go for long periods of time where they don’t get interactions like this. Playfully being put in a corner and being teased in a real way. You can see how much Ben is caught off guard and how much they are both enjoying the moment! Great show 😂

That makes alot of sense I knew there was a reason that celebrities love being on this show even ones that don’t typically do many interviews. That’s exactly it though she makes them feel not only human but it’s lighthearted and funny. Usually when celebrities are humanized by the public they’re having to discuss their deepest most vulnerable parts but this is so different!
@@AOIFEMUSIC-l9z yeah, I translate for local radio and we get the odd celebrity, I can vouch that they are more than tired with the same interview formats and same questions, their faces really light up when they get asked something out of the ordinary!

Thinking about whether both can true led me to conclude that being demanding and difficult and kind are all necessary qualities for anyone in a leadership role who's committed to maintaining genuine integrity.
Walter Mitty is my favorite Ben Stiller film - so underrated! I love that he’s still directing.
GEEZE, I totally forgot he did that. Severance has literally taken over my mind. Still one of the most beautiful movies I've seen. To this day the quote "Beautiful things don't seek attention" is cemented in my mind.

I think she was gauging how far she could push him. He wasn’t seeming to play with her humor / sarcasm as much (has he ever seen her show??), so she relented a bit into a more “normal” interview to make him feel comfortable. Good catch, great interviewer, still keeping her jokes as much as she could

The chemistry between these two is more mysterious and complex than what was required to create the origin of life on Earth.
My mom was born in ‘60 and grew up in Buck Hill Falls (a very nice area of the Pocono’s where celebrities used to often vacation) and she met Ben when they were kids at the community pool there! he apparently was there with his dad (the late and famous Mr. Stiller and i believe his mother was there too? i would have to ask, but i know Mr. Stiller was there!) and i’ve been told many times my grandma Rosemary chatted with his parents as my mom and Ben played in the pool. she said they were a super awesome and friendly family. i have always loved the Stillers because of this. Thanks for having him on- he’s legendary!
