Well, I’m not quite sure.
I decided to run Call of Duty: Modern Warfare Remastered on PC at 480p/High Settings, 720p/Low Settings, and 1080p/High Settings/Max FoV to see the differences.
720p with Low Settings comes close to Call of Duty 4 on the Xbox 360, but I’m sure more in-depth tweaking could get you even closer!
So, what do you think of Potato Graphics in Modern Warfare Remastered? Should MWR be released on more platforms? Let me know what you think with a comment! ^-^

I loved CoD 4 on Wii... that was my first experience with the game. Despite only being 5v5, it still was the full game... I put nearly 1600 hours into that version. The controls were also amazing

it feels like you're turning faster because the x-axis is squished when you changed the res to 480. so it feels like it's traveling faster
