Question Mike: Let's set you set an ad budget for retargeting of $5 per day. Is the process like this? 1. Do you "attach" a specific ad to your retargeting campaign? and do you 2. Create a separate ad, let's say a lead gen ad and run IT for let's say for a week at $5 per day and THEN... anyone who engages with "Lead Gen" ad is retargeted by Facebook using the specific ad you "attached" to the retargeting campaign? I don't get it. I'm a savvy guy, but I need a slightly deeper explanation.

Hey Ginny! I would retarget your Facebook Page visitors, Instagram visitors, website visitors and anyone who has watched any of your videos! Ultimately there is no one right answer for which type of ad to run, it comes down to what ends up converting the best for you :)

Great question my friend! If you end up getting their contact information, you can actually add them to a lookalike audience and exclude them in your marketing / targeting efforts, as well as do the opposite and specifically target them with other ads
