Thank you! Please forgive me if I misunderstood the meaning of your question.
At first, add beads on the midpoint of one thread, and use both ends to make it, so it is no knots.
The finish of the cherry part is...
By passing multiple layers and crossing many times of nylon monofilament, it stays even under some load.
It's ok to tie. In that case, pass through some beads after tying, and cut.

When the threads are next to each other[8:08], tie a double knot.
Put some glue on the knot and hide it in the beads, and then pass each thread through about 5 beads before cutting.

100均ビーズでもできると思いますが小さいビーズは大きさがバラバラしていることがあるので、選んでなるべく揃えるようにした方が綺麗にできると思います！

I use nylon thread. If it passes more beads through before cutting off, it hardly loose.
I usually do this when making delicate design or can't hide a knot.
Please tie as necessary and depending on the thread you use.
