UTD is a graduate school for those seeking higher diplomas than a bachelor's degree... Very few dorms or fraternities there, most of the students live with their parents or friends in the Dallas area...
@ronclark9724 it was founded as a grad school. That changed during the 90's and it's a regular university now. They don't have dorms, but have students apartments on campus and plenty more nearby.
