I paid the visa fee, but when it came to book the appointment, there were no slot available and the website wasn't working (I couldn't go back or forward). So I had to refresh the page…, and now there are “0 appointments” in my dashboard, and even 0 appointment request in progress. And when I try to create a new appointment request, I get the error message “Duplicate applicant found for this user”. Can you please help me?

@@adewoletoba485 For your family, you will see a feature that says add applicant after you've added yourself, you will then add each individual on the application side, one after the other
All the video we see about this appointement is all about nonimmigrant because we the immigrant we have a lot of problme with vase id issue i do not know if someone from sierra leone have receive any migration link

@@AjibolaFolakeyou sure can. Go ahead, it doesn’t matter who owns the debit card but apparently, it’s only US debit card that works, so if you try and it doesn’t work, use the bank payment option.

Just check your email, once the payment is successful they will send you the receipt.
