If you think about it; it takes more energy to get a high arch he already has the height and strength and has a high Vertical jump not to many people are going to block him I think he figured that out and found a way to save his energy and make quick easy shots. That is maybe why he goes so fast and scores he dosnt give the defender even a chance to block him especially with his moves and fade away he isn't getting blocked.
