The way I pulled it which was 2 years ago definitely isn't the way I would proceed now, as I said. But it works fine so I won't be changing it until I change the cable for a thicker 0 gauge one (which I will do if I upgrade my audio system, but won't be in the near future). Although I wouldn't do it the same way now, the method I have might help unexperienced people pull the wire, like I was 2 years ago

Hello, this might be dumb question but how do you handle the negative terminal on sub? Shouldn’t it be routed to like the fuse box or battery? I’m planning on buyin Alpine SWE-815 and any help would be great, wish u a great day.
Salut, nu ii cea mai buna idee sa tragi cablul de curent pe acolo. eu ti recomand sa cauti in zona bateriei un cauciuc si iese pe undeva deasupra pedalei de acceleratie dupa ascunde cablu sub covoru masinii si ori cum dp plasticu ala ajungi unde ai bagat si tu, ori cum mai ai cablu sub scaun cum am observat deci inca poti repara. Unde ai tras tu poate sa curga apa pe cablu sau sa ti prinda usa (fiecare si face cum doereste, eu doar ti recomand ca si electrician) in rest nice work =]
Mulțumesc pentru recomandare. Da, sunt conștient ca nu e cea mai buna metoda cea pe care am folosit-o. Acum 2 ani am făcut asta si nu eram asa experimentat. Într-adevăr, nu m-am gândit ca poate sa curga apa pe cablu si nu doresc asta. O sa imi iau timp sa il trag din nou si voi filma ca sa si arat cum se face
@@AlecOprea Nu trebe neaparat sa iei noua doar daca mai adaugi un amp si necesita mai mult curent si faci o distributie in spate sau mai iei una noua pentru amp nou. Ii scump nu de alta
Nothing wrong in doing that especially on small setups like this one. Bear in mind subwoofers are made for the automotive environment that means vibrations, shocks etc.

The power cable can go inside the ECU box and safely into the coupe.
Yes that's also a way people do it on these cars!

Do you mean the cable from the sub or the amp?
Black cable is just a ground, so anything that will act like ground (like that metal part under the seatbelt or also baterry) can be used

@@hd.5679 M-am referit ca o sa trag cablul pe care il am deja din nou. Il voi scoate din amp si ii voi reface traseul
