Cntohnya carbonara. Mereka menggunakan telur dan keju sbg pengental. Rasanya beda ketika pakai maizena dan telur. Silahkan dicoba ya.
It is not the traditional recipe . If you want to use sausage you should use a spicy one like sucuk which is a turkish sausage it won't be traditional too but if you want to add a traditional sausage it wont be helal. You should only use a olive oil as oil and if you really want to use you can use some butter too but i think it is untraditional .You should use more ground beef .You should use only tomato paste, fresh/canned peeled tomato and tomato juice (originally passata) as tomato condiment. you should use red/white onion, carrot and celery as aromatics to make sofrito (base of most italian dishes,similar to mirpoix in french dishes).In original recipe Itallians use wine to give the sauce acidity, sweetness and a deep tangy flavour (it would help to extract and combine the flavors too because alcohol is a good dissolver) .If you want you can use wine without worrying about the helalness of it because 100% of alcohol will be evaporated but if you can't find it or get it or still worry about it you can use stock or just plain water instead (or maybe you can mix some balsamic vinegar with grape juice) .It is not traditional as well but you can add herbs like parsley, basil, oregano, thyeme and maybe even rosemery (i don't recommend rosemary that much cause i think sometimes it might overwhelme the taste of the dish a little too much).If you want you can use garlic as well after the aromatics but it doesn't need garlic .You can use any type of stock if you want bu it is not that traditional.But only that much think you can put in a bolognese sauce (ragu alla bolognese) others will be too untraditional and they will cause you to change the sauce's name .And i highly recommend you to use another type of pasta with this sauce because spaghetti doesn't have the surface area to let to sauce stick properly .You can use penne or tagliatelle ore something has enough area to catch the sauce.You can put a little bit milk too it is also traditional.
