    Love this tutorial! I just finished making mine thanks so much for the video! This is super random but if anyone follows this and can’t be on the floor for too long, I figured out a way to do it sitting on a chair by tying some string through the roll and wearing it like a toilet paper roll. It kept the tulle roll from rolling away and made it easy to wrap the magazine in tulle quickly.

    Thank you! I definitely want to make one of these in the near future. Have you thought about doing an “ostrich” feather fan made with tulle? I’ve seen people make those before but have no idea how! Anyway, thank you for this tutorial!

    • @maisonburlesque.online
      @maisonburlesque.online  Год назад +3

      Feather fans need a very specific type of flutter to really work. There are options for "vegan" feather fans - but to be honest it's not the same! Maple Rose is vegan, and she finds second hand feathers to make her feather fans to give them a second life!

    • @maisonburlesque.online
      @maisonburlesque.online  4 года назад +4

      Hey gorgeous! We left a loop on either end of the rope so the tassels could be knotted on after you've finished with all of the tulle bows. This was briefly explained at the beginning of the bow section, but we can understand how it got missed! Check out our other Humble Sequin Video by Maple on how to make a tassel out of fringing! xx

    I've started making mine, thanks so much for the super good tutorial! I realised through after making about 20 bows that I've only wrapped it 15 times as I was counting each time I turned the book. Is this gonna affect it badly?

    • @maisonburlesque.online
      @maisonburlesque.online  3 года назад +1

      Sorry! We just saw this comment! I'm sure it turned out just fine with 15 wraps

    • @robynzedd1886

      I did the same thing I think that's what you're supposed to do... 30 times total, 15 on each side

    My 2.5 year old wants to be a chicken for Halloween. We like to make his costumes to limit waste. We don't want to buy feathers. Do you think this would make my soon look like a poofy shower loofah if I glued it to a leotard? 😆

    How long are the rolls of tulle you are using?

    • @Raven_Snow
      @Raven_Snow 3 года назад +1

      There's a bit of text on the screen when she's talking about the tulle on a spool being 100 yards per spool.

    • @robynzedd1886
      @robynzedd1886 3 года назад

      The ones in the video are 100 yards but since you cut them you can use smaller denominations if the 100yard rolls aren't available. By the same token you can by the bigger rolls if it's cheaper (and it usually is)
