絶品チーズバーガー。 維持をするのであれば、自分が力んでしまう直前のテンポからゆっくり根気よく練習するしかありません。僕もかなり苦手で気持ちはとてもわかります。必ず毎日ゆっくりから段々速くして練習してみてください。
