LSG jersey looks fine tbh. The pattern has some meaning to it at least, depicted team initials. It's also a different shade of blue, like indigo dye. Orange is a good highlight. But the sponsors logo should be color synchronized, for all the teams.
You didn't understood he said last year wasn't that good and this year there has been not much improvement. Basically they can make a much better jersey . While for mi and csk they both have already made the best possible jersey so they don't try to change it anymore you can add rcb too along with mi and csk .All other teams can make way better compare to current. Jersey rating is quite subjective. I am a KKR fan ...I do believe KKR should introduce other shades of purple and hints of black. The best jersey for me this year is RR pink promise jersey....its just awesome...the level of detailing as per the theme of women empowerment in rural India is splendid. Fitting wise I feel PBKS has done a great job. The worst is LSG according to me.

I would love IPL to have away jerseys as well. That being said the logos of sponsors should be in same secondary colour like Football, because it looks ugly. Back to away jerseys: CSK having Blue primary colour and yellow secondary. RCB using their green jersey as permanent away jersey. SRH doing uno reverse with black tees and trousers with orange logos. LSG having the Mohun Bagan colors and no other team has maroon right now. RR away jersey could be sky blue inspired by Jodhpur with pink as secondary. DC could have full red jersey with blue stripes. KKR can go with red and yellow or yellow like the Aussies with purple as secondary. PBKS could have green and blue showing it's role as an agrarian state and land of five rivers. MI can go for orange and blue, orange depicting the warriors of Maharashtra, and blue as secondary showing the sea. GT can have the sand and pink colour, the sand depicting the arid areas of Gujarat and dark pink can be a good highlight.
