    jeera powder (cumin powder)1/4 tsp
    chicken masala 1 tsp
    Hari dhaniya (green fresh coriander)
    Kali elaichi (black cardamom) 2 nos.
    hari elaichi (green cardamom) 3 nos.
    star fhool (star anise) 1 nos.
    jeera (cumin seeds) 1/4 tsp
    long (cloves) 5 nos.
    Khali mirchi (black pepper seeds) 10-12 nos.
    dalchini (cinnamon stick)half inch
    kanda (onion) 1 big nos.
    tamatar (tomato) 2 small nos.
    hari mirchi (green chilli) 2 nos.
    salt as per your taste
