Ingredients:

Chuck Roast (between 2-3 pounds)
1 medium onion
Potatoes
Carrots
Rosemary sprigs (1-2)
Thyme springs (1-2)
7-8 garlic cloves
1 stock butter
3/4 cup beef broth
1 tsp better then beef bullion
1 packet Au Jus
Salt
Pepper
Onion powder
Ranch seasoning
