Its a Beautiful area there, you get a lot of variety of architecture when you drive around the neighborhood surrounding the Country Club. Modern, English Tudor, Contemporary, There's even a Huge 14000 sq foot Spanish Villa on the corner of 55th. Hallbrook Farms in Leawood has some nice home too, but not as established and Mission Hills and Sunset Hill, Ward Parkway
I used to drive thru in the late 70’s during Christmas time when there was a light snow. Now you’d be on camera going through so unless you’re driving a nice car you might draw some attention. Just saying 😐

Someone once said that Mission Hills is the Beverly Hills of the midwest, whether that's true or not I don't know.
I've heard that before.
