One of the craziest runs I've ever seen. Really showcases the power of spindown dice. I've been trying to get it for awhile now, but doing delerium on t Isaac is sooooo agonizingly hard. GG, hopefully I'll unlock it soon. Love the videos, keep it up!!
My personal recommendation would be picking up a full defensive build, you can have low dps but if he can’t kill you can get him. You would spend actually the same time killing him because of delirium armour. On my 2nd try with tainted Isaac and I could beat him because I got lucky(censer, lost contact, fly bot…).

I did that and ended up with polyphemus, revelation, inner eye, tech 1, and a whole lotta other shit when I beat deli as t isaac. Trust me, just go in with a positive attitude and min-max and it'll be fine.
