  • It took buying the iPad mini 6 twice for me to realize what a great little iPad this really is. In this video I lay out the reasons why you might want to buy the iPad mini. It's light, portable and does all the things other iPads do. If you're wondering whether this is the iiPad for you, then check out this video.

Happy Anniversary! great video as always! I love my mini. i got it for Christmas the year it came out. I had the original iPad Pro years ago. I rarely used it in recent years. I got a MacBook Air and between that and my iPhone I was good. I decided to try the mini after watching tons of reviews. it's my favorite thing-it's so useful and portable. I totally agree about the pencil. I had the first gen too and wasn't thrilled with the charging. The only downside compared to a larger screen for me is looking at magazines, which I don't do that often, but it's not hard to zoom in on things if needed. I use it constantly.

So your experience is my experience. The more I use the more I like it. Now I've got a pile of other iPads I Arely pick up. I'm just using them in my videos. The iPad mini is my go to. Thanks so much for watching!

I bought the iPad Mini for reading in bed, taking notes during work meetings and various continuing education classes. My 12.9” iPad hurts when it smacks you in the face if you fall asleep while reading in bed. Happy Anniversary!

Yes, this little iPad is so handy. Thanks for the well wishes. Yes, we made it another year. But if I buy another iPad I might not make it to 34 years! Ha! Thanks so much for watching!

You lost me after the comment “I sent it back” generally gadget geeks are aware of pre-released specs as to suit there needs, it suited my needs and more as soon as I knew of the released specs and that’s why I have no complaints about it, what did you not know before you purchased the item ?

Just how it felt in my hand. I was so used to the 11" it just didn't feel right. And I kept thinking the screen was too small. Stuff like that. But for some reason, I decided to give it a 2nd go and this time around I just love it. I don't know...my wife says I'm nuts half the time.

@@RichBowlin on reflection Rich I think I owe you an apology, I was just I suppose in a foul mood, I believe people have different options on products when they actually have them in there procession for the first time, then on reflection when they look at other products on the market at that time see the benefits of what they had written off, sorry again for grumpy old me.

Hi Rich. Thanks for tips on the iPad Mini 6. I have my mini 6 for almost a year. I also have the iPad Air 5th gen with LTE (cellular). I find I use my mini 6 more than my air. I wish I would have gotten the cellular version for it instead of the air…live and learn. I just fully came over to the Apple ecosystem about 3 months ago from the Samsung ecosystem and your videos have been immensely helpful in my transition. Thanks again and keep on giving these tips. I am a senior (69 years) but have been into tech since the DOS and windows 3.1. Happy Anniversary.

Thanks! Boy do I remember DOS and Windows 3. It was a long time ago but feels like 15 minutes ago. So I didn't realize how much I was going to like the iPad mini and now I wish I'd gotten the cellular version too. Glad the videos are helpful. Thanks so much for watching.

I use my Mini 6 whenever I don’t want to carry my backpack and equipment with me. I use it for watching TV when on the go, as well as hand writing stuff with the pencil and some photo editing work if needed. if you have multipul iPads it is best to diffrentate how you have them set up and uses. There are also some software functions and apps that are exclusive to M1 and higher iPads, like Stage Manager and Final Cut Pro.
Also it is not advisable to always keep the Gen 2 Pencil constantly docked to the iPad and charging, regardless of what Apple or others say. I did that with my 1st Gen. 2 Pencil and the battery was ruined by always being topped off at 100%. I bought another one and only charge it when it needs a charge, and the battery has stayed in much better shape.

Great video that size iPad would be nice to take to a restaurant or bar . I took a friend for her colonoscopy yesterday that size IPad would have been great while I was waiting. I need to check out that keyboard like the Magic Keyboard. And that stand. Happy Anniversary!

I don’t know if you could explain things like generations and memory. When I see various iPads on sale I don’t know what to look for what’s better for my needs. I use reading apps and games but I don’t know how much memory I need or what it even means from generation to generation do I look for the latest? I don’t know if that’s the type of thing you want to explain to us but I could use that help

Hi Teresa. I've read a lot about pilots using a mini when flying. It must be fairly common. Thanks for the well wishes. We made it another year!
