Developer Comment: Okay maybe I over compensated on the predator stuffs Edit: Okay I’ll add some actual insight. Some of you may be wondering why internalized tech module doesn’t just give you 1/1 at the start of the mission. I did this because I wanted to reward players following their habits, not punish them. Imagine you just built your engineering bay, being a good SC2 player you quickly select it and smash them upgrade hotkeys; you don’t even think about having internalized tech module or not. If I had given you 1/1 at the start of the mission, you’d be down 350/350 resources instead of the 200/200 you expected. But if we do it my way, you suddenly just saved 200/200 instead and you got the satisfying experience of watching an upgrade bar go super fast. Also this way you don’t get into a scenario of “I have 1/1 so where’s my freaking engineering bay” or “I don’t need to bother with an engineering bay because I have 1/1 and that’s enough” Also on that note: I could make it faster, but if I make it actually instant the hotkeys will double fire and you’ll be buying 2/2 and we’re back at the same problem as before.
@@lawsontse1545doesn’t work, predators are faster than vanguard’s projectiles. If anything predators hard counter vanguards. With micro they’re basically untouchable

I doubt anyone will see this but I came up with an idea to """fix""" the Nightmare All-In as it invalidates the previous choice missions. So here's my idea: - Increase the unit variety in Air version (Scourge, Corruptors, Guardians, Infested banshees). - Completing Shatter the Sky will result in elimination of most of the air units, but Mutmuts, Overlord drops, and Scourge is still present. Leviathan is also gone. - Belly of the Beast final boss is a mini Yaggdra (let's call it Nydus Hydra). - In the Ground version Nyduses spawn less frequently (or maybe completely gone given you'll have much more air to worry about). Furthermore, you will not need to deal with 9 Nydus Hydras that wreak havoc all over your base.
I always wished that thr defenders started rebuilding after each mothership retreats, i mean, it probably wouldn't help much but it could still gain us some more time. And the Mothership Battle can't be changed, we all know that Ji'nara is cannonically incompetent after all XD
No Zerg beginning sequence, Liberator healing, mass production Predators. Yeah, this is a really sweet mod. Can't wait to see more memes in the next level.

We want hercs! Maybe herc and cloak reaper since the only thing that threatens the cloaked units is the volatile infested which the hercs can safely defuse with their faces
the lacking Jenara fight makes me wonder how a realscale version would look like. it might also make the tech distribution more interesting for e.g. more specialized counter units. (Imagine a deployable anti air goliath against protoss and terran capital ships)

So.. I have one complaint about your new, slower release schedule, but its not directly related to the schedule. Its how these mods' releases are timed. They tend to release alongside your final video. This means the wait time is now far longer between introduction and release and, not going to lie, a lot of times by the time you finally finish, my interest in it has waned. I really wish you'd allow these mods to get distributed before you've fully played through them.
So cloaked reapers backed up by long range marines in spider mine bunkers with battlecruisers to blow detectors to kingdom come. Except spider mines have to path through the wall of reapers.... So we have to leave gaps to make the melee AI derp out. And don't spider mines do friendly fire?
While a boring comp, maybe the cloaked reapers and Nova and then the healing field from the Marauders, Goliaths for Air and not Marines because that's boring.

Nova covert ops has a ton of detection, even in vanilla. (Cloaked reapers are vanilla, but they don't get much use.)
