I didn't really understand the full design until I saw it complete. After that, only one thing came to my mind:
I wish I had a hat to take off, sir. That's some master engineering there.
I wish I could make something like that for my everlast plasma cutter. That is one nice add on.
There's so many little things you do that take your builds to the next level. Like those plastic end caps, those are such a nice touch lol

This is great, much better tool than the compass type jigs. Also looks like something a film character would use to get though a steel door/roof =)

yep there handy, i made one ages ago, but you put the steel in it, and the steel spins handy for cutting small round plates for hand rail bases!! nice job!!

For smaller circle cutting, you can actually hang this cutter and let the material rotate. Since the cutter have a electro magnet build with it. This way, the waste will drop once the circle is completely cut.

This is like a shaper origin for plasma cutting, amazing idea.

I think this is the coolest thing I've seen you make so far. Now make a cnc machine for your plasma cutter and an oven so that you can power coat the things you make and you're good to go .

Some magnetic grounding clamps could be utilized this way too. You get the best of both worlds, your part is grounded but the magnetic ground can also be the foundation of the circle jig.
Now I have to build one. Awesome design.

Very nice! Might make sense to have an arm on the other side with a wheel on it, to help keep the unit square so it doesn't start to bend down when it's almost done cutting.

Masterful design!
It's already a stepper motor. A half hour with someone talented and you can have it anchor in one point and use gCode to reach out and cut circles or anything else instead of falling through it's own hole!
Very nice. Maybe consider putting a pointer on the cutting head holder and a ruler scale on each side for inside and outside measures?

Excellent! The only things that might be cool to modify, are a stiffer arm maybe, and a base that you could align on a center mark.
