Hey mate, such a great video. But have a question for you. Even I am using the latest version of elemantorPro, At 3:45, coming soon page template is not popping on my WordPress. Any idea how would I bring it back?
If you just launched your website and you are still developing your website, at this moment if a visitor comes to your website, they can see see your incompleted website. To avoid this, you can temporarily use the coming soon page. And if you have a running website where you already have daily visitors, at this moment if you do some small changes or updates, then you can turn on the maintenance mode. Because, during that changes there maybe something broken on your site or something unexpected can be occurred. That's why it's better to show a maintenance page instead of your broken page.
Thanks for your question. If someone share your post/article link to Facebook/other place or they bookmark your link (to the browser) and then, if you change that link, the old link will then show 404 page instead of showing that article. That's why you should not change your permalink. But, if you have to change on your production site, then you can use a redirect plugin to redirect users from your old link to new link.

If you mean this video, I saw it, but in the new version without pro these options are not actual, they are only for pro versions :)
why we want to add this maintence page

@@MakeDreamWebsite thanks ...why we should not change permalink on live site
