At the end of the book Farilane, after Turin did what he did, Muriel cast down a storm of feathers, signifying that she forgave him. I think after Riyira Turin still doesn't feel redeemed and heads on his way to further better the world

I definitely agree that Turin probably doesn't feel redeemed yet. I know a have heard a couple interpretations of exactly how Muriel fealt at the end of Farilane. She definitely acknowledged Turin's sacrifice, but was she giving her full forgiveness or just a large step on that path?
