    It would be interesting to see the path turn left or right so we’re not always just running in a straight line. But everything looks great as always!

      @@JustinGrigor Ice golem is a slight twist towards the left. It’s not really a hard turn. But yes, similar to that.

    As someone who works in a more traditional software development environment, it's so interesting seeing your approach to game development. The rapid prototyping you're doing is where many companies would love to be but aren't as it would be to much of a radical change. Whether it's intentional or not, you're doing all the things the books say you should do which is super impressive considering game development is completely new to a lot of you!
    Great work lads, keep it up and thanks again for sharing your progress. Super excited to get my hands on the game.

    More environment stuff please, especially the 3D side, this is the best part of the whole process and not shown much from the studio thus far. This was a fantastic video.

    I like the lego block idea, will it be possible (at least during the transitions) to choose to turn left or right - maybe a different outcome or route like the Cursed City? Or is every encounter in a series of running wildly, pell mell in a straight line like Raid's Campaign, Dungeons, Doom Tower? 😅 By transition I mean one could have the illusion of turning left or right between scenes even if the aspect view reverts after you turn and remains the same for the actual battles.

    Seeing this all makes the whole project that much more exciting. Can't wait for an alpha test! Have you guys thought about heroic versions of the stages, where the environment is also a danger, and not just the enemies?

    rather than the players team always being the unit that is moving across the stages of a level, maybe there can be some randomization where the enemies will jump into the current frame, or burst through a wall, etc.

    Really nice stuff! Hearing about Kronos being a boss sounds exciting, for some reason this guy stuck with me through Age of Mythology in my childhood

    Everything looks good but I do think the Biforst needs to be changed. It’s described/translated as a burning, rainbow bridge.

    What could be cool is if in a dungeon similar to ice golem, is different terrain height. Like going down into a dungeon to fight the boss etc.

    Can't wait to see this game in action. Leggo block level building design can almost allow a slay the spire style rogue-like approach to some game play modes as well. So many possibilities when you have modular components.

    I’d love to see different “modifiers” to rounds as you go through too. Ex, round 1 no modifiers, round 2 all void champs do half damage, round 3 all magic champions gain 20 speed. Can be based on the themes of the chapter- like the Spartans could be rounds focused on physical combat, so you’d wanna bring melee and less support, so a modifier could be, double damage to ranged champions

    Things seem to moving along quite quickly Simon. I'll give you guys one thing, you and the team are keeping those of us anticipating the game in the loop far better than any other developer/publisher out there at the moment and please keep it up!
    Some things I definitely would like to see ...
    - the FRONT of my champion during a run instead of the back of his/her head and not just at the character selection screen
    - breaking away from a side scrolling, linear path. Case in point, if you have a Tower type encounter make it so we go up a spiral staircase to the next landing or following a curved rock formation in other environments
    - don't give us '1/2 a boss' like the Clan Boss in RAID ... I wanna see legs, feet, hooves and/or claws
    - save the ridiculously huge bosses for things like special tournaments and events or just during holiday/promotional/ time limited events
    - I get having 'base' character models saves on time and resources just please don't re-skin or re-colour a model and push it out as a 'new' character with a different skill kit
    - Some serious fanfare for completing objectives like finishing campaign or a quest/mission line. Don't let it be just text scrolled across the screen

    Not sure if the team has thought of this, but some more detail in final boss room would be awesome. For example. Final room has lights flickering, foggy/misty, water dripping from ceiling or even blood. Some sort of extra would be crazy. Typing this before watching entire video so sorry if you've touched on this later in the video.

    I hope to see a boss that evolve during the fight the more damage you do the better the rewards someone truly invincible

    The Asgard bridge made me think, it could be cool if the different environments impact the formation of your squad, e.g. fighting on a narrow bridge might require a 2-2 formation with melee fighters forward and range fighters back, while fighting on a wide road might allow a 4-wide formation of melee attackers. In Raid, I think the impact of squad order is really underutilized, aside from the impact of lead auras.

    I am very excited by the LEGO block conceot for the backgrounds / environments. I know this was mentioned early days, however seeing how the work is progressing really does reinforce just how great this game will be. Many games in this genre ultimately become stale as the players viewpoint seldom changes. Keep the great work and all of these vids coming. Team Fateless thank you. 😃

    Looks really nice! I'm curious to see how this game will ultimately turn out. My tips based on this video: don't make the Lego blocks look so straight, I understand that they have to be straight, but don't make it look that way. A little more depth. Another tip: give the environments a bit of life. E.g. shows some smoke, some wind in the plants, occasionally some things splashing around the lava, rain, clouds moving, birds flying, insects etc.

    Would love to see a reactive animation by bosses, maybe even the environment aswell. Something like big damage in a single hit and the boss loses a bit of armor or some walls crush down . However that would probably be something for the future and not the early release

    I think, it could be cool some biome buffs and debuffs on champions , like some champs can benefit so u have to think whitch champs would be the best to use

    I would like to see a flexible camera when you make the game raid has the cam so close and you can't enjoy the enviroment. It should have better fix options as well.

    But also, do your lego blocks have different champions assigned them to vary the challenge? That would be cool / challenging for team set up.

      @@FatelessGames If we are thinking campaign style mode, probably keep them the same but if you are doing signature tournaments or events the variety would be cool. 'Eye of Horus' Tournament, defeat him in every environment (Avalon. et al) against different waves. Or maybe a nemesis event where randomly one of the waves is replaced by a boss or mega champ - or the global top clear team is replicated as the nemesis team. Maybe not, we'd never get past it! Still really cool.

    Would be really cool if defeating a boss had a more elaborate death animating. Think Mortal Kombat spike pit kind of thing.

    6 VS 6 teams WOW amazing...Looks so good............what about this idea ? a form of super champion much like Mythicals in Raid but they are larger in appearance and much stronger and on the team lineup they actually occupy 2 slots because they are so huge=good

    with your Lego block style of levels. Why don't you make each block sectional? Each Lego block could be 3 pieces. A top piece a middle piece and a bottom piece. just thinking here. The top and bottom pieces would be your decorative pieces. The middle one would be the road or the fighting area. Just a a thought.

    Everything looks amazing and polished. I wonder will the game be heavy on system requirements because of it. As much as I wish you success with this game, what you have showed us so far is a clone of Raid Shadow Legends.

    Try not to make the rounds or waves before bosses just an annoyance and more of a feel to the chapter. All of raids pre boss waves feel just like a time drain more than anything else

    feels likr raid was most creavitive in some of the campaign maps but not much after that
    they tried again with sin city but even then the 4 different arounds use the same maps, only slight different lighting. lazy af

    The thing i dont like is that everything shown so far mainly the camera angle and view is exactly the same as Raid. It is not bad but most other gatcha games have a slightly different view / camera if you wanna say it that way. I hope the game feels unique and not just a re-skinned Raid Shadow legends.
