Even Matt has talked about how he set the bar way to high for some of the channels under the Hi-5 network like Battle Universe where they have to hit certain numbers of views/likes per video and stuff like that. Monetarily I'm sure they were making back what they spend, but even Matt himself has said it was his analytical goals that got set way to high and led to tension in the building.
